Stevee T

It looks like this will be my last song of 2005...and the first with my 7-string. It also sounds to me like the best piece of music I've ever made, but thats not hard to say when you look back over my past work lol.

I've still got to record some more and then I'll put the mp3 on my soundclick profile for everyone to listen to if they want to.

I'll do my typical explanation of the song now and probably again when I post it. Right, well it's an ambient-metal-rock...type tune, with some 3 part guitar harmonisation and it at the moment doesn't have a title...but it for some reason makes me think of a forest during the chorus lmao

Stevee T: lol on Prashant, I was thinking the same thing, so maybe he should use the name Swan for his records, lol.... BTW, you probably already knew, but Prashant was also a student of Greg's, and travelled hours on a bus to go to his lessons.... Great stuff!....

BTW, Purple Sky Green Dawn.... Nice jazzy arpeggios, rhythm scapes and nice dreamy lines bro!.... Keep up the great work!.... And New Years Jig.... Happy New Year, lol, I love the clicks, drums and I love the way it builds up!.... Oh, and the Tis the season to be jolly lines at the end fits nicely!.... Kudos bro kudos, great professional work!!....

marimariSRV: Good idea for Jeff and Andy, but I can only see Jeff doing a G3 tour of Europe.... He seems adamant about staying away from that kind of stuff.... On the Goncalo dvd, I d/l a free dvd decoder from a search (enter "free dvd decoder download" in the search) on google.... There are many of them out there that will give you a free trial period, and then you can buy later.... Good luck and enjoy!!.... Goncalo ROCKS!!.... As well as Alex of course! :-)

Hello jblaze1, Randell and Steven!!....

Last year on this date we were headed to see Joe in Ventura. Honestly I was not very excited about it - humoring the husband. Got to the theatre to hear that the show was cancelled. Joe had pnuemonia. Fortunately he got well. We saw him in April and he and his band completely blew me away. Now I listen to him nearly every day. Thank you again Joe for the great show and all the recordings!

And Happy New Year everyone!

death cube K...and when might we hear this news ...Boo... Boo...it's probably not your average picinic basket...lol

ovation 1.... you can clearly hear Greg's affect on Aswar...the only real noticable difference is that Aswar use's more grease (effects) as Steve Lukather would say in his sound, softer...more ambient, but the modes, and scales shapes are strikingly similiar.... I use to travel 4-5 hours round trip when I'd go to Greg's place for lessons...once you got clear of NYC...it was a pretty drive....

ibanez is best...ebay...has one show up from time to time

castle49...amen to that!
