Hi Friends,
oooooooo, I'm excited, I'm excited....I'm off to the big town today. I decided to have my "I love you" day early this year, I normally buy lots of pressies in the january sales and then give them around the middle of february, but my children are now getting difficult to surprise buy for so we are all going shopping today, which means they willl get what they actually want and I get to get my list of albums at long last...note to self DONT GET DISTRACTED BY GLITTERING JEWELRY THINGS OR CLOTHES THINGS....AVOID SHOE SHOPS AT ALL COSTS....GO STRAIGHT TO THE MUSIC STORE!!!
On a different note here is some tips for all you young parents out there:-
If I had my child to raise again,
I'd finger paint more and point the finger less,
I'd do less correcting and more connecting,
I'd take my eyes off my watch ,
and watch with my eyes.
I would care to know less and know to care more.
I'd take more hikes and fly more kites.
I'd stop playing serious,and seriously play.
I'd run through more fields and gaze at more stars.
I'd do more hugging and less tugging,
i would be firm less and affirm more.
I'd buid self-esteem first and the house later.
I'd teach less about the love of power
and more about the power of love.
A Big hug to all especially those who helped with my list....what if I see something in the music store that disctracts me...aaaaaaghh....
