I'm thinking that, depending on how well "Sea of Echos" is received in March, that Andy Timmons should deffinitely be on the short list for the next G3. The guy already has a name for himself in the instrumental rock genre, both domestically and internationally, and he meshes so absolutely well with Joe and Steve's playing.

ANDY TIMMONS FOR G3 in 2006!!

His new disc is gonna be so incrediblely awesome. I've heard him play some 6 of the 13 new tracks live at the various shows he's done this past year and I'm telling you......they are some of the best he's ever done, and thats saying ALOT when stacked up against tunes like Carpe Diem, A Night to Remember, and Cry for You. One of the new tracks, Helipad is prolly the most kick a$$ rock tune I've ever heard. Just all around brilliant work.

Oh yeah....Ovation1, that Timmons/Satriani jam of House full of Bullets video that's floating around out there was recorded here in Dallas at Market Hall during the 2004 Guitar Show. Andy opened for Joe's Clinic session, which turned into more of a concert event than a clinic (Which was good!), but then Joe invited Andy up and they did the jam. Freakin' awesome! Wish you all could have been there.

JOE: Do you remember you and Andy signing my brother's Satriani Shirt backstage that day. Andy signed his name over your face on purpose as a joke.....*lol*

**Peace**

peaceandgutiars: let me see if I still remember how to link:

http://www.colorfotos.com.br/sp/diversas.htm

wow! it worked !

Stevee: Good luck! 2006 will be better for sure !

peaceandguitars : you have do put a "[" and write the word "link" and then put another "]" like this [link], and than you have to put the address of the site, without any space between the figures, and than, after the address of the site you have to finish with [link], but now you have to put a " / " before the word "link", like this /link.... try....

Hey everyone, I just started learning "Tears in the Rain." man those are some complicated chords! It only took me alittle while to get use to the strechy ones though... I love Joe's use of diminished chords in this sad song. I don't know if anyone else thinks so, but I think it's kinda got a blusey feel to it too.

michelle: hahaha, lol, that Eugine link was hilarious!!.... I also checked out the vid section, and watched the one about John Kerry being a swift boat captain, lol, funny stuff, thanks for the laughs! :-)

Stevee T: I know what you mean about Jeff Beck.... That guy is still ahead of his time, lol, he was (and for the most part, still is) doing stuff back in the day that peeps only dream about today.... What a genius.... I really wonder what JOE will do this time around to spark things up!....

Zenfish: Point about G3 well taken, and that is why it will be interesting to see what he comes up with this time around.... And on LISF.... That was a great moment for JOE caught on vid. and really amazing to watch.... As far as G3, it has great variety, and I hope it lives on forever; but in those scenarios, the guests seem to do better IMO....

KenCampbell: Amen on Andy, and kuul news on his new cd.... I havent researched that yet, and from the sounds of it, we will be pleasantly surprised!!.... Uh-Rah!.... Oh, and thanks for sharing the info on that JOE clinic last year!.... Must have been too good to be true, and you could tell by the look on JOE' face that he was having a blast!.... Never seen him like that with anyone..including \//\ I....

Later peeps, one more day of work tomm for this year!! :-)

JOE: How was your Christmas Holiday, and can the SATCHLand folk get a Happy New Year wish?!?! ;-)

Well, as I was talking guitar all day today, lol, I wonder why no one ever mentions the great Prashant Aswani.... Greg Howe fans know what I'm talking about, and what a songwriter/player he is!!.... I've been a long time fan, check him out peeps!....

Kids...you gotta love em!!!

JACK (age 3) was watching his Mom breast-feeding his new baby sister. After a while he asked: "Mom why have you got two? Is one for hot and one for cold milk?"

MELANIE (age 5) asked her Granny how old she was. Granny replied she was so old she didn't remember any more. Melanie said, "If you don't remember you must look in the back of your panties. Mine say five to six."

STEVEN (age 3) hugged and kissed his Mom goodnight. "I love you so much, that when you die I'm going to bury you outside my bedroom window."

BRITTANY (age 4) had an earache and wanted a painkiller. She tried in vain to take the lid off the bottle. Seeing her frustration, her Mom explained it was a childproof cap and she'd have to open it for her. Eyes wide with wonder, the little girl asked: "How does it know it's me?

SUSAN (age 4) was drinking juice when she got the hiccups. "Please don't give me this juice again," she said, "It makes my teeth cough."

D I (age 4) stepped onto the bathroom scale and asked: "How much do I cost?"

MARC (age 4) was engrossed in a young couple that were hugging and kissing in a restaurant. Without taking his eyes off them, he asked his dad: "Why is he whispering in her mouth?"

CLINTON (age 5) was in his bedroom looking worried. When his Mom asked what was troubling him, he replied, "I don't know what'll happen with this bed when I get married. How will my wife fit in?"

JAMES (age 4) was listening to a Bible story. His dad read: "The man named Lot was warned to take his wife and flee out of the city but his wife looked back and was turned to salt." Concerned, James asked: "What happened to the flea?"

TAMMY (age 4) was with her mother when they met an elderly, rather wrinkled woman her Mom knew. Tammy looked at her for awhile and then asked, "Why doesn't your skin fit your face?"

The Sermon I think this Mom will never forget.... this particular Sunday sermon..."Dear Lord," the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. "Without you, we are but dust."

He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter (who was listening!) Leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little girl voice, "Mom, what is butt dust?"

Christmas Divorce

An elderly man in Phoenix calls his son in New York and says, "I hate to ruin your day, but I have to tell you that your mother and I are getting a divorce; forty-five years of misery is enough."

"Pop, what are you talking about?," the son screams!

"We can't stand the sight of each other any longer," the old man says. "We're sick and tired of each other, and I'm sick of talking about this, so you call your sister in Chicago and tell her."

And he hangs up.Frantic, the son calls his sister, who explodes on the phone.

"Like Heck they're getting a divorce, she shouts, "I'll take care of this!"

She calls Phoenix immediately, and screams at the old man, "You are NOT getting divorced! Don't do a single thing until I get there. I'm calling my brother back and we'll both be there tomorrow. Until then don't do a thing, DO YOU HEAR ME?" And she hangs up.

The old man hangs up his phone, smiles, and turns to his wife and says "They're coming for Christmas and paying their own way."
