GUITARPICKER: Joe typically in the past has used (for his live rig) a Dunlop Crybaby Wha 535Q pedal, a BOSS DS-1 Distortion pedal (sometimes two at once), a Digitech Whammy, a Fulltone Ultimate Octave, a Boss DD-2 Digital Delay, and a BOSS CE-5 Super Chorus, with two Chandler Digital Delays in the effects loop of his Marshall 6100 Head. Now, with his JSX amps, I don't think he's using any Distortion pedals at all any more, I think he's just using his JSX clean, crunch, and lead channels.

IBANEZ IS BEST: I have a JS1000 with custom graphics. You can check it out at the link in my sig. I like the JS1000 so much, I actually have physical difficulty trying to play anything else. Nothing fits my hands like a JS. Haven't tried the JS1200 yet, but I hear the only difference is the neck pickup ("PAFJOE") which is suppossed to have more boosted mids than the old "PAF Pro".

Ovation: Jeff Beck & Andy Timmons For G3!!! Maybe they could both do it if one could not fullfil the entire tour.......hmmmm. Maybe that would work for JB & AT?!! Just an idea...... not bad for a Blonde eh?! lmao.... ;-)) How did you get Goncalo's DVD to play for you? it wouldn't work in my player.....I hope I can get to see it.

Zenfish: Thanks Zen! I look forward give your CD a Listen. I would Love for Jeff Beck or Edward to do a G3 with Joe.....I think JB is quite possible though...EVH is highly unlikely. Andy Timmons is very possible too! I like him quite a lot.....he's Damn good!! ;-))

SteveeT: So do you think Robert Fripp fit the financially driven part of the G3?! I really don't. That's my opinion....it was not a very popular choice for G3 in the Region (Europe) where they are most popular.......it certainly was not the $$ that was the motivation by JOe..... Do you agree?! I think Jeff Beck & Andy Timmons are the BEST choices for G3!!
