TOADY- I usually have a guitar in my hands for more thans 3 hours a day playing different kind of music but that's just for work. Personnally nowadays, I'm trying not to play guitar for myself because I've come to a point that I need to refresh and listen to something new..non-guitar related. When I get newer ideas I will probably pratice 2 hours or more a day on composition. there you have your answer

Hey Joe.
Miss ya man! Can't wait for the nexted tour!
Picking I am trying to solve my number one problem.I have noticed that most people pick with there little finger down on the body of the guitar. I am trying to play that way but my speed still sucks. I envarably miss at least one (or more) notes! Any hits out there that will help or, is it just Practice, Practice, Practice!

toady...not as much as I should. My problem lately is that my practicing more or less involves "shaking off the rust". If I would just sit down and go over scales or try and focus on something, I might feel like I've been more productive. There...since I knocked cigarettes already, my new resolution will be to have a more productive practice...lol...thanks !

962 yeah i reckon it's the whammy on the studio album too... the UO has a definite (Joe's words) "Hendrixy feel" to it, and besides you can hear the note you're playing with the UO whereas with the whammy you only hear the effected note...
toady i never practise in all seriousness, i like to keep my sense of humour around
