962, thanks for the mail! You have one too. You are awesome, I'm doing fantastic, thank you! :-) I will be looking forward to that first album by you!

Satriella, my eyebrow scar is little. It could be even sexy LOL Sweet words about the forum...that's the magic of Joe's music, that's the magic of Satchland ;-) By the way...your Satch list is very interesting ;-)

Keniko, cheering up words...thanks :-)

jonnyw, I love Mike Oldfield too, so I definitely will check your site soon :-)

Ordered 2 DVD's on Sunday, (Pain of Salvation -Be and Evergrey 'A Night To Remember) the Evergrey DVD came in today...any fans of Evergrey here? The DVD has a 2nd disc full of 6 and 1/2 hours of backstage footage, interviews, videos... Awesome band...from watching only about 40 minutes of the extra footage, they seem like a really fun band to hang around with. Another band I gotta add to my list to see live.

-Dream Theater April 1st! Can't wait! I'm in the 3rd row from the stage! -Now, just waiting for Pain of Salvation and Evergrey to come back to the US.

-Any word on Joe's latest album?

Plum Loco - Nice tone, my man... really liked the Eagles cover!! You did a great job with that!

Satriella - No, no, no... let's get something straight here... Vai takes a back seat to Joe. : ) - I just posted on both boards at the same time and I only got replies here. I think it has something to do with the fact that there is a "Self-Promotion" board on vai.com and they only want you to promote stuff in there, like anybody's going to read it besides other musicians who also happen to be promoting themselves. This is much cooler, and I appreciate the welcome!

Keniko, Stevee T - No prob, guys!! Anytime.

I'm beat... calling it a night. TTYL.

DC thanks for the kind words...

I've been playing for quite awhile, I actually started when I was 8 or 9 but stopped a few times in between, I'm 34 in March so off and on who really knows how long, I'm kind of a mutt at it... I just have never had the opportunity nor the chance to play in any huge bands that actually had a chance at something until now, that tune was actually a painstaking process...

pretty much all of the background music was performed by my good friend Brian Taylor, an excellent songwriter in his own right, I consider myself very fortunate to be playing with him, he's had his songs played on the radio and ranked quite high in some radio contests as well which they had to perform to a few thousand people, unfortunately that's before I joined up with him... he wishes I was part of all that but since we're starting out from scratch and working on getting the right members on board it's yet another painstaking process...

Brian is multi-talented, he plays a mean rhythm guitar, with tight keys, and all that funky bass playing you hear was him as well... heck I'm just a dum lead guitar player... hehe... I make the thing hum and buzz and it sorta sounds like music...hehe

peace

bear

Satriella, when the new CD drops we will make a change to the website to reflect the new music...But, this is my favorite spot on the site and I will make sure to keep it rollin', same as it ever was...maybe with some new colors???... it will always be free-form, and open comments and ideas etc... yeah!!!!!!!!!!

I see BLUE.

My wife is PREGNANT! Due in August. Kid # 3 :)

I have been very busy at work, so I have been visiting T2J after a week or 2 at a time usually 20 pages, but just 12 pages tonight. Lot of lightning/thunder and windy with rain. Had power out for a day a week ago. Are you still here Joe?

If we have a boy, he will be named "Joseph". No middle name yet.

My 8 yr old son is "Matthew" so another Bible name won't hurt.

Are you still here Joe?

Wow. Joe posted 3 time this month allready.

New stuff, too! I'll be waiting for the pickups and picks.

I loaned my Kramer to my 12 yr old cousin for some school music thingy (details are schetchy, but my aunt is the one who asked).

It is a Christian school, so no worries about smashing it on the stage and stuff.

Just cant play ol' Blue for a while (wipes tear from eye).

Did I mention I'm gonna be a dad again!!!

-------------Edited for spelling. Woohooooooooooo!!!

Love you guys. Badu say hi to steven wilde for me, ok. Praying for you.

Oh, and my daughter Stephanie says "wusup, Joe"?

Ed

hey joe....when can we be expecting your 7 string? also, you should bring back like in your old website setup, all the pics of your new and old guitars, live setups, little bits of info on random things about your equipment and such, and maybe give a monthly mini-lesson/riffs/licks on the site so we can all whittle our finger tips down to the bone trying to play what you gave us...and everyone of us could run aronud telling our friends that we are being taught by the master! just an idea that i think everyone of us here in satchland would enjoy for a lifetime!!

Satriella, aww thanks! Setting up a website is something I intend to do.....it'd be pretty useful for the various aspects of my work and leisure. It'd be good for giving more information about the teaching work, it'd be great for hosting some of my music and giving more info about it, and there's a few other things that would go on there too.

And I'm sorry, I can't help with the JS forum thing that you tried out 'cause I've never used it. I only have time for this JS forum!

Hey, I just saw you got an answer from the man himself! That's pretty cool to read that the Talk 2 Joe format will remain unchanged!

You've got mail ;-)

Joe, it's great to see that you want to keep the 'board just the way it us. As for "new colours" - I say keep what you've got, just replace the background images with samples of artwork from the new album! Hope you had a great time in Vancouver.
LucySorets, just got your mail. Good to hear it's nothing too difficult/troubling that's getting you down! I can sort of relate to it too.....I don't like this time of year much 'cause I hate how early in the day the sun disappears. And it rains too much! haha. There's no doubt that the short daylight hours and colder, wetter weather make you more tired and fatigued through the winter months. :-)
kd6aaj, congrats to you and your wife!
sam3023, welcome to t2j! Unfortunately there's no way of privately asking Joe a question, but most questions can be answered by the good people of this forum.....the combined knowledge of all it's members will amaze you! haha.

Failing that, I guess you could try mailing the webmaster (Jon) but posting your question here is most likely to get you an answer!
