82 DeanZ - Trevi Fountain!! I knew I had seen that fountain before. My bad. Hearst Castle was all I could come up with. I see youu're in Dublin. I was born and raised in Hayward. Was down in The Bay over Xmas. Man, I had forgoten how big the raindrops are in CA. Up here it rains a lot but we don't get a lot of rain. Houston gets more than we do. Anyway, nice work in the JS.

MIchelle: some years ago i was used to call one of my colleagues Bubba (she didn't know, of course! :-)) ), don't know why, after all it does not make sense here... She wasn't the nicest girl, and still that name makes me think of someone/something not so nice. I'm sure your cat deserves a better name ;-)
^_^
Satriella&Simon: either it was right or wrong moaning for Simon being out of T2JCD, it's nice when somebody takes so much care about a friend, even if this makes you do the wrong things. I personally stopped to do that some years ago, after i got only shi* (oops) from some so-called friends :-)

hey guys,
962 Badmama And DC Slater
thanks for being really helpful!
962, i'll always keep the thumb tip in my mind! thx!
actually i've been learning european classical guitaring for these 2 yrs and im in the 3rd grade (Ive also been learning blues and heavy metal but im not really fast enough). The classicals have helped me a lot in composing my own songs and improving my right hand fingers. But now ive gotta give my 12th grade exams which keep me from going to my teacher. So itll be like 3 months till i get to clssical guitaring again.
So in the meanwhile i wanna learn to play a bit faster (allegro or better) with the pick and learn some of the dexterity patterns 962 was talking about.
So itll be really gr8 if u guys keep helping me the way u have now!!
u can always mail me at envy_girish@yahoo.com for any patterns, tips, scales, modes, etc.
hey and i have to learn to play at the higher frets more effeciently...... i feel like using my ring finger in the higher frets but then as DC said it would make me slower...so plz send me the stuff ...shrugs... ill be glad!!!
PS :oh and do u have anything to play the tougher chords better....like those which require stretching and crowding of the poor fingers!!! (lol) let me know.....bye ppl!

962 : hey what is legato, flamenco and all those styles???? send me those styles ...i dint even what they r ???(i thought legato to be some kind of guitar instrument like vibrato ...lol...

People, I appreciate your support of what I did...but it was still wrong to rant at the organizers..
Fretrider - I deserve any comeback I get - but that was a very sweet thing to say..thank you.
Naty - sorry to hear you had a rough time.
962 - No dude wouldn't be good either...heres an idea why not call me.....Satriella
Anyone know how Bahduh is doing...if you see him tell him we are still missing him in here and we hope he is on the mend!
Hugs Satriella xx

Stevee T:
It's just a hobby. The JS6 was actually my third build from scratch so I had a little bit of experience under my belt. It's a ton of work, but very rewarding when you plug in and rock! Especially when it's a JS. As you know, the mahogany is very warm sounding and the hardtail bridge adds to the sustain as well. It's a great sounding combination. I'd love to compare it to a real JS6 one day. I got into the JS6 after seeing Joe play his Mohog in the Extremist video (on The Satch Tapes). Thanks for the kind words.
Civgeek:
Cool, you know the Bay Area! Of course I'm very familiar with Hayward too. I drive through it every day on my way to work (I work in Foster City, just over the San Mateo Bridge). Yes, it has been raining a bit here lately. But, as you know, January is a big month for rain around here. You're right about the amount of rain too. When it rains it really rains around here. Thanks for checking out the JS6.
