punkdude75 - LOL, yeah...I have a big goofy smile on my face during the call and response thing. And I'm mimicking his facial expressions more than I'm singing back to him. But oh well.

Collective Soul is releasing a live CD and DVD this Tuesday, pulled from two shows they did last year with the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra. Everyone needs to go buy it when it comes out.
You can click here to watch or listen to eight songs. At the very least, check out The World I Know, Home, and Shine.
Man, I love this band...
bahduh - I don't know why they broke up...sorry. I actually haven't paid very close attention to that story. My main reason is because I'm sick of the public's infatuation with famous couples (Nick and Jessica, Ben and Angelina, etc.), so I try to stay away from that stuff as much as possible. I know Lance and Sheryl aren't publicity whores like the other people I mentioned, but still...I'm not interested.
I consider myself a Lance Armstrong fan, but I'm not too concerned with his personal life. I would be more interested in it if he were a musician or a painter or something (just to name two examples), because the relationship would have an effect on the future work that he would create.
Anyway...if you want more information, click here. If that doesn't work, you can go to Google News and find a list of articles that way.
I don't know what happened...they probably just realized it wasn't working.
ovation1 - I'll be at the Who tribute gig in Whittier...I bought my tickets right around the time the shows were announced. I can't wait. :-)

BTW.... Man, you lucky dawg getting to see the Who Tribute show!!.... I'm sure Pablo will add to the solo's, lol, and we need to present the show dates for everyone living in Chicago Ill. (May 30) & New York (May 31)!! lol!! :-)

PhryDom...I prefer non-medication on the cold too, but I've heard stories of the strain that's going around my work place taking around 3 weeks to go through one's system...so I said I can't afford to have 3 weeks of agony...Levaquin knocked it out....hope you feel better...8)

Good Morning Satchland...... How was your weekend?
Satriella...... All is well. Thanks. How Are you? I'm busy rehearsing with the band for our first gig with the new line up on March 13th. I can't wait ....I'm stoked. Sean is designing posters for the band and we're working on my recording studio site. The site will be up at the end of Feb. Hugs.
Slanshroom.......You'll be fine with Pro Tools LE. I would recommend the 002 and a Focusrite mic pre. The digi 002 has a control surface with flying faders. Plus the rotary encoders at the top control the parameters for the plug ins and Aux sends. Everything in Pro Tools is automated and saveable. The 002 comes with about $2000 worth of plug ins. Your tracks will tranfer seemlessly into an HD system. The plug ins as long as there is a HD equivalent will transfer also. The 002 list for about $2400. I own one and I love it. If you go with a M- Audio system....be careful, it works with only M-Audio equipment. Here's some links for you:

Mikey - my old SansAmp really surprised me.... I really like the tone... it's responce is much more dynamic too.. but I guess that's because I'm not using a compressor prior to the overdrive as I usually do....
this has raised the question - should I rethink my setup??
one thing is certain, I really should execute some experiments
Zen - one of the great aspects to being well versed both in music theory and aural perception is that you can predict an outcome...
you can be consonant or dissonant to varying degrees, with varying levels of effect by design and not by accident...
this means therefore that you have full control over the tonality you are chosing.... this control means that you have a greater capacity for expression..
Slansh - I've not goofed with the GNX... but the Boss GT Pro looks like the dogs bits.....
anyways... my real number one solution is for my 2120 to be healthy again....
Powerslave - hahaa... I try not to sell anything.... you never know when some old piece of kit may have a use.. or in this case, bail my ass out.. lol..
the GP16 was great then... and it's great now [within it's range of capabilities]
guys.. on the DC Band UK gigs thing... we've had another date added.... Poole in Dorset... I believe that is 962's neck of the woods...
962 - bro, I'd figured the level of person you was aiming.... I just also figured that they could possibly benefit a little better with a little longer spent on each subject
why? because they'll be taking in less information at a single sitting and working more on this single idea....
"today we are looking at X. We'll warm up as usual and then kick the ass out of X for 30 minutes"
tomorrow we'll look at Y
as opposed to looking at X for 10, Y for 10 and then Z for 10...
which looks to me like not enough time spent on too much if you catch my drift...
I'm not havig a dig.. it's simply an observation that I thought you may like to consider..
Satriella - I'm really lucky... I've met loads of T2Jers in hte UK and overseas... jammed with quite a few too....
it's awesome meeting up with guys from here... it really is..
in person I'm easy to spot.. especially if there's a guitar laying around..
cos I'm most likely the one abusing it half to death...
and with a total disregard for my personal safety.. lol..
Alexandre - thanks for the welcome back bro.. how's things with you..
