SteveT - take a look at the specs.....
you'll find that the GT Pro is quite a bit more than a GT8...

hi,
i think G3 rocks!
i come from a small rockin' town in india called faridabad. it's a pretty sorted place, n' i wanna ruffle some hair. say what? r u guys interested? i can do the arrangements...like, my friend runs a security company, n' my dad's friend runs a printing press, and i've even spoken to a stadium with a capacity of 50,000 standing-ovationing rockers. mtv etc do the free pr, and the sponsors would come a begging if y'all agree. i could probs retire on the recording deals royalty. what if I play this over that chord
what if I used this effect
what if I used this alternative scale
what if I really use my imagination and see what happens...

Do The Stu: Great story there man, thanks for posting it!... BTW, I agree with OCPS on CS' Dosage album!!.... The kuul melodies and catchy riffs are intoxicating, and they always know how to write a great song.... They ROCK!!.... Also.. No, I dont post on the Portnoy Board, I dont have the time (just check it out every now and then) lol, but I do post at the Greg Howe Forum :-)
Clarky: lol bro on the SansAmp, and I also found the SansAmp Site to be quite the surprise!!.... Lots of effects and modeling, not to mention the amps, lol, I'm sure your having a blast tweaking!!....
....Oh, btw, looks like the tour in March should give you the dinero to let Shredz loose to the masses eh!.... I'll be first in line bro, also, have fun on the tour, and as you know, Japan loves The David Cross Band!!....
Stevee T: lol man, great to see you'll be at the Portnoy show!!!!.... We need a full show debrief from ya when it comes, and hey, CONGRATS!!.... Tell Pablo I said YO also! ;-)

Enjoying that are ya? I am big into the whole jazz thing myself, since I play sax and Coltrane happens to be one of my favourite sax players, and Miles just happens to be my favourite trumpet player, man those two guys were nuts. I play clarinet and guitar as well but I cant play jazz worth a damn on them cause they arent jazzy instruments to me. Clarinet = classical music, Guitar = rock and roll baby lol. I like Wes Montgomery, he is a great jazz guitarist.

Yeah, kinda weird that they would supply chocolate only. In actuallity I rarely eat fast food. Having said that, I always thought that Wendy's was one of the better ones.
I see you're from Indiana. I spent 5.5 yrs in Lafayette IN while going to Purdue. I had a blast there and I loved going to Chi Town on weekends. I also dug the Fall season with all the color changes. I have to confess, though, that I was glad to come home here to the Bay Area. There's no place like home.
Best Regards,
Mike.

962: Here's the setup... amp speaker out into Redbox speaker in, Redbox "through" output to hotplate for loading, xlr out to the recording console. I've tried sending the speaker out of the amp directly to the hotplate, then sending the hotplate's output to theredbox for speaker emulation, but this just adds noise. Also, I always have the ground lift on the redbox lifted. I noticed that this reduced the noise alot.
