Bit of a long post peeps, head t arse in work so I,ll love y n leave y for a whiley
Joe Satriani/Jon,You make me laugh, sounding so good, Super C or what, power to y
Fablawyer:Aye me bro, what a moment that was t hook up with you & G.If it wasn’t for Graeme,s passion for music its unlikely I would be here typing this & working towards a 2nd disk, he had faith in me as you.I wont let you down on the next, its going to be all of me without the problems we had to overcome in the past sound wise, just watch what happens in the next few months!I,ll be in touch skipper
Alexandrecaetano: Thanks bud, I,m currently working my ass off t get the cash together for all I need 2 record a second cd, I,ve so much locked inside my head but need the machines t spill it out.On Barca, well have y ever seen a man that could control a ball like that, without him is going t be tough on the team
Stevee T:It’s a strangeness that makes some things stand out while others don’t.Flymans was all of me at that point, I love how you cant fool the listener
Mikesb:I would love t know if they had heard Flymans Knuckle, now I just need to create a second album of 12 tracks that does it better, lol
Clarky: I have a very strong hunch the next dig is going to be mindblowing.I was 3 hours away from chuckin in 500 euros for the GNX3000 & thought….nah, I,ll stick that to the side & add to it later.I could be wrong & this is all bull, but I,ve been pretty much on the ball for ideas that havent happened then a few months a year later it appears.I,ve heard just about all the pro guitar rack fxs gear & it doesn’t come close to what the digitech is capable off, its just a monster of a machine.Wish I still had mine, shite, now I need an Estrella, lol
Ovation: Yeah Tony is in a class all his own, when I worked with my old band I met the man frequently, total pro with a real gift for celtic guitar work. What I really admired apart from his incredible touch & tone was his take on how to play triplet, quad ornaments while keeping all his other fingers free to play the tune & chords. That has never been done! Hybrid pickers were onto this way back, but with just your nails! never. I,m talking just using your thumb nail for alternate picking while simultaneously playing the chords & melody with the others, he,s onto something special & has given me food for thought which rarely happens to me these days.He IS the best celtic guitar playa on this planet That my friend is a very special thing, don’t miss him if he gets to Japan
Marimari:Without good friends darlin where would we all be.Just one of the many cool things about being a part of the T2J family
Zen:Cold Sweat at 20 degrees, stange eggs do that to you, lol, looking forward to hearing your soul
Michelle,VFR,Kenico,Cube,Cuth & all I missed take care y all I,m on another small mission t please the natives dream buildings this month is a long haul
Adios fir the noo

Does Joe use a lot of strobe lighting effects? I have epilepsy and this could cause me problems. I will be attending the show at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg. Please let me know about the lighting. Thanks

Jo1328...the last show I went he didn't use alot of the type of flashing light that I believe you're reffering to, but there was some psychedelic stuff at times...would dark sunglasses help during those moments....?
climber...good to see ya!

Mr. Satriani, the last time I posted a message on this site was when it was somewhat new some handful of years ago. I cought you on your chatroom by chance and asked about a left handed version of your guitar. You replied with a reasonable answer, somewhat similar to what Yngwie told me, but you were much more reasonable with your explanation. I bought a carvin and gave up that quest 6 years ago and purchased a DC127 customized, which suits me well and is similar to your Ibanez model.
It's unfortunate that most of you big name guitarists have the fame to own your own custom guitar, which fans faithfully buy, and claim Jimi Hendrix as such a big influence, yet do nothing to advocate equally priced production of left handed guitars. I doubt you will ever read this, or even your hired tech gurus...so thank you for nothing, as well as all the great guitar manufactures that want ridiculous money for a left handed instrument.

Slansh: I listened to the clips from widowmaker's highway. Very nice! You certainly get a very unique tone by going direct. The lead tone sounds like some kind of a distortion/ overdrive unit run direct to the recorder. It almost has a whale song quality to it, very interesting. I saw your pic too....it's great to see that I'm not the only one in the universe that holds my guitar that high and keeps my thumb on the back of the neck haah! Very cool stuff.

Wow, INXS was pretty good tonight! They had the Jackhammers...errrr no, the Lovehandles...um...hold on..... The LOVEHAMMERS open for them. That's Marty's band, and they were great (though not my cup o' tea, but very good at what they do). INXS was really very good. They guys played great, and looked great, and rocked like they did 20 yrs ago. JD Fortune was a good pick for the band. He blends in very well, and is very entertaining to watch. Evvvvvvvrybody in the audience was dancing. lmao!!! My husband had this chick that must have been over 6' in front of him, and she was wigglin' alllll over the place. LOL!! He's 6', and she was taller than him. The couple in front of me were a couple of shorties, maybe 5' tops. The dude went up to the tall girls shoulder. I was just glad they were in front of me :) I would have been looking at the tall girls shoulder blades. lol! Anyways, if ya have the chance to see these bands, check 'em out. It was a fun night.
PHILLY JOE!!!

A man is driving up the M1...there is a police car behind him...suddenly he pulls away sharp....
The policemen look at each other wondering why he has done this...they have no choice but to give chase
Hundreds of miles later they finally catch up with him and by this time there are loads of police involved. They breathalize him and check his car and papers...everything is fine..
"Why did you pull away like that?" they ask
"Your car is fine, you are fine...but now we are gonna have to arrest you for speeding and failing to stop when asked"
"Oh that's OK" says the man
"So why did you pull away like that then?"
"My wife left me for a policeman...I though you were bringing her back!"
