You are very much entitled to your feelings, so am I but I often feel the opposite from others. Fear not young one.....you are in great company. I know many here will tell you the same. I hope you've recovered from your injury.... you are so young & it's easier for you to bounce back. Chris Penn's Death Ruled Accidental

February 13, 2006

The L.A. Coroner's office has determined that actor CHRIS PENN died accidentally from an enlarged heart and the effects of a mix of multiple medications.

According to the coroner's statement, the primary cause of death was "nonspecific cardiomyopathy," an oversized heart, with the "effects of multiple medication intake."

"We know he had several prescriptions, including promethazine with codeine, which featured predominantly in his death," said chief coroner investigator CRAIG HARVEY, who explained that promethazine with codeine is known as a highly addictive prescription medication; promethazine is an antihistamine that prevents vomiting; and codeine suppresses coughing and relieves pain.

It is still unknown how much Penn ingested and at what time. A full coroner's report with further details is expected in a few weeks.

The 40-year-old Penn was found dead in his residence in Santa Monica, CA, on Tuesday, Jan. 24. The younger brother of SEAN PENN and star of movies like 'Reservoir Dogs' and 'Starsky & Hutch,' Penn was laid to rest in a private ceremony earlier this month in Los Angeles.

Alex thank you brother! I am doing well, writing new material for a new CD this year! :-) Hot sauce is always welcome in my house! :-) Hope you are well!
PowerSlave I confess I don't get out much, not having full access to a car doesn't help lol and my working hours suck when it comes to bars and stuff anyway... we'll sort something out though! ;-)
Austin that's so cool! I have all this music on my computer at home, and the only time it leaves my computer is if I make a CD for the (very) few times I have the car... a few weeks back I realised the power of music when I was able to drive myself to work, listening to Alice In Chains, and it made me have such a good day at work (imagine me singing Bleed The Freak to a bunch of dogs at seven in the morning lmao)... I really need to get some decent headphones for my ageing minidisc machine so I can at least hear something decent on the way to work on my bike!
hrh fish cool! and lmao!!! :-)
man i can't wait till i get a new computer! i only have 256 colours... the dave martone thing looks like ass :-((

Tracie: "Podcast" is a fancy term for audio (and sometimes video) broadcast that you can download (instead of streaming) that's available by internet distribution only.

Michelle: Now after PA campaign season is over, do you think you could put in a good word for VA? ;0)

PhryDom: I haven't seen Joe live since 1990. That's an *awfully* long dry spell. So far, I plan on driving (6.5) hrs to Greensburg, PA to see him. Atlanta's almost exactly the same distance. I'd like to see him as many times as I can on this tour. // I've been to Atlanta 3 times, and still haven't seen the underground section yet.

Zenfish: I'm familiar with Bilal, too. Schuiten does a series called "Invisible Cities".....highly recommnded if you like architecture.

Wow Joe... the only other album I'm probably going to buy other than your new one in the next little while, is David Gilmour's latest effort.. "On An Island"...

that stuff sounds great... anyone else heard David's new stuff on the radio?? with Backing vocals from David Crosby, and Graham Nash as well... sounds so much like Floyd when I 1st heard this tune, I thought it was from the 70s for sure...

ah well, good stuff...

Peace

Bear

Clarky, oh bollocks. Dude I'm really disappointed that the Poole gig got binned, that would have been a cool night out and I know a bunch of people who would have liked it too.

ovation1, I'm loving Gilbert Hotel bro! It's really different and there's some beautiful sounding songs on there. And some hilarious ones too, especially "Older Guy"! hahaha, Paul rocks. Plus his live Hendrix covers on the end make me laugh 'cause his solos are just insane.

Also, Laney will be great for you.....definitely check out their valve practice amps! Paul played a song through a 15watt at the clinic I saw and it sounded fabulous!

Powerslave, yeah you really should check out Paul Gilbert's stuff. I reckon King Of Clubs is as good a choice as any as a place to start.
alexandre, hey amigo! Yeah I'm good thanks, hows things with you? You just went for your first bodyboarding session of the year? I bet the sea was cold!

What's Lisbon like bro, anything you can tell me about it? I honestly know nothing about Lisbon, I'm sorry to say!

Hello!

Oh no now what do I do? Stick with my copy at the record store with the free poster or cancel and go to Sony...ahhhhhhgh

Blue Moon - Be Nice! You hurt my feelings now!

Clarky - Are you changing Space Time and Curvature Exotic... then? I love that one! It really rocks as it is! PRM Boxter is fantastic too...you really need to put more on your soundclick it's just not enough!
Oh and yeah like I would no when Joe's gonna be here....people who have never heard of him will probably know before me!
Oh and when you play a gig are you like Joe...as in the front man...or will I have to put up with a load of other stuff inbetween the real star of the stage?

hrhFish - Hmm they probably needed to trade them in for Lentils...my son watched them recently...they do look really dated now..but still funny...but swop shop pleh that was rubbish including the tank tops! give me TISWAS any day!!!! By the way, hardly worth using the stamp if that's all you need to cover your bits hahahaha

pinch the harmonics - hey welcome to the site and I love your name!

962 - Your a star, but missing the main man on soundclick...it's just not the same!

Phyrdom - Woof, Woof!!!!!

Hugs Satriella xx

Clarky - Okay man, I'll go on the hunt for some Emily Remler. I've seen a Martin Talor album going by that name (or at least something similar) in my local Virgin, so there's just one thing for it I guess!!! By the way, I didn't know you were into Opeth!!! What album/s have you got of theirs? I fucking love that band...
