Deathcube- the RRP is £799, (£200 reduction by Ibanez from the EP7 model)

The best UK price I've seen is £599. Do you think it's a good buy?

Yo it's Bzz again. Thanks for the trem advice! After some research I decided the cheapest way to get some whammy action was to sell my les paul and get a new guitar. I'm going to get a Floyd Rose Discovery-II. Nothing fancy but I'm thinking if I put the pickups from my LP onto the Floyd then I should have a pretty good setup. I'm a little nervous cuz it doesn't have a tone nob, though :( Anyway thanks again for the advice and I'll post a review of the Discovery. ... Satriani pwns! Bzz <3 Satch :D Laaate, Bzz

Hello Joe! This is one of your most avid "southern" chick fans!! I caught your show last when you were able to play at the "House of Blues" in New Orleans, LA during Halloween weekend! New Orleans has been through alot since that (with Katrinia) but it's getting back to a feeling of normal and will be by the time you see it again I hope. Anyway, the show was awesome. A friend and I were among the lucky few that actually got to speak to you afterwards. I don't expect you to remember that but I was glad to see that you were starting to tour again and hopefully I will catch you at the New Orleans show or perhaps in Texas. Can't wait to hear the new CD! See ya! Princess L

Hey gang, what's up?

js1200js1000 - Hey bro, thanks for asking about the disc. We ran into a few business related hurdles over here and the release date has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 7th. In the meantime, a new full-length tune from the CD has been added at http://www.myspace.com/dcslater - The track is called 'Outlaw' if you want to check it out! :)

Stevee T - I'm still up in the air on the Nokia show... will know shortly.

Joe and Crew - The podcasts rock!!! I'm really diggin' the sound of the new disc! Waiting patiently for the 14th!!

Hope everyone else is rockin' in the free world...

Do you have feelings of inadequacy?

Do you suffer from shyness?

Do you sometimes wish you were more assertive?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist about Tequila. Tequila is the safe, natural way to feel better and more confident about yourself and your actions. Tequila can help ease you out of your shyness and let you tell the world that you're ready and willing to do just about anything.

You will notice the benefits of Tequila almost immediately, and with a regimen of regular doses you can overcome any obstacles that prevent you from living the life you want to live.

Shyness and awkwardness will be a thing of the past, (well shyness anyway) and you will discover many talents you never knew you had. Stop hiding and start living, with Tequila.

Tequila may not be right for everyone. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not use Tequila. However, women who wouldn't mind nursing or becoming pregnant are encouraged to try it.

Side effects may include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, incarceration, erotic lustfulness, loss of motor control, loss of clothing, loss of money, loss of virginity, delusions of grandeur, table dancing, headache, dehydration, dry mouth, and a desire to sing Karaoke and play all-night rounds of Strip Poker, Truth Or Dare, and Naked Twister.

Tequila. Leave Shyness Behind.

Right now though its 2:15am...and I should be in bed as I have lectures-a-plenty tomorrow.

Joe Satriani-

How cool to drop by and wish Wanda well! I am so impressed that a global mega star cares so for his fans. What a class act, indeed! You are a Super Colossal being.

Luvmusicbabe-

I'm new to the board, but I've followed Joe since the 1980s. Answer: It's all good. For a perspective you might try Not of This Earth to see where it all began my other favorites are: Flying In a Blue Dream incredible versatility The Extremist too cool, (#9 or not) Surfing With The Alien words can't describe it or the more current and just as awesome Is There Love In Space? Oh, forget it.... just get 'em all!

Michelle- Didn't we meet in Cancun? Try the Blue Tarantula! Muy Bien! Loss of clothes? lmao!!!! too flippin' funny! yikes, I'm seeing spiders now....

MIkesb- I hear you are the man. Give me a brain drain on Ritchie Blackmore sometime... I checked out your link to Flashback Charts and it made me very depressed... the only hit song listed for my birthdate was 'The Pina Colada Song' by Rupert Holmes. I am looking into having my birth certificate changed.

Satriella- You'll have to school me on 'Come Back Jonee'v= paranoias Perhaps I'm experiencing a brain fart... happens to us oldies but goodies.. hey wait a minute... I'm Joe's age! That's not old. I'm into gigging every chance I get, music trivia, computers, and motorcycles (fast road bikes) and classic American muscle cars--pretty unimaginative, huh? I'm over the age of er.. thirty but I read at a 20-year old comprehension level. I have about a hundred pets including a roadrunner and a free-range possum named Percy. TMI? I'll stop before all the guys start to puke... You are too sweet! ;-+

THANKS, JOE! YOUR MUSIC GIVES PEOPLE HOPE!

keep on shreddin' yall

Thanks Joe for the well wishes for the fireman's wife! There you go folks. Best wishes from Above The Numbers Too. God bless. MARIMARISRV: Badhuh: Steven is having alot of trouble with his complex not letting him know when he has mail, and the post office has been no help with notices either. We are both looking into any lost or miss directed mail from all of you. I will let you know how it's going when I can. I got to see a picture of Michael Angelo (sp) the other day. Now I just have to find a cd. Looking for work sucks! But I will keep looking until I'm successful. JOE: Still need a full time Bassist? Can I apply? As long as I can get to my insulin....I'll be okay. Peace. Randell

The coolest thing about Joe is that his songs all sound like their titles; Starry Night, Driving At Night, War, etc. The song Friends evokes the feeling of friendship--the song itself becomes our friend.

Thank you, Joe! Your music gives people hope!
