WEBMASTER!!!!!! Please help...

Re. UK ticket dates- all very confusing... the link posted earlier

http://www.satchrome.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/world_tour.htm

by Richo doesn't work... there is a list of dates, but ticketline.co.uk doesn't have Satch tickets, neither does ticketmaster????

A mystery... so how are folks already buying tickets? And where from? Or is it a bad joke by someone???

If those UK dates are official, then Eric Johnson will NOT be supporting...he is in Brazil on the 22nd June :( Bummer. We need official answers please - I really want to buy a premium ticket but I also want to be the first to buy a Birmingham ticket tomorrow morning when they go on sale... :(

It is important to grieve, get back up and keep moving on. It is what the dearly departed would want you to do.

Joe,

I just received two of your guitar straps from Musician’s Friend, Souls of Distortion and Snakes Mosaic, they look outstanding!!! Will look great on my Guitar’s. I would have bought them all but they are not in stock yet. See Ya in Kansas City MO for the show…

Thanks,

JOE,
Theme for a Strange World seems so odd, it's so good!!! it seems syncopated or maybe you used an odd time signature, i'm not sure, but it's so cool... i can't wait to march 14th so i can look for your album and not find it on this hip-hop infested area, lol... anyway, i can always buy it online, i guess... take care...

SATRIELLA you like drawing people, right? how would you feel if somebody else drew you? would you like it?

see ya...

cosmic_ape - it's straight 4/4 (at least in the sample) (or 2/4 - I'm not sure how to tell the difference sometimes). Anyway, it's not odd time.

If you buy the album online at Sony's site, you'll get a free autographed booklet.

Phrydom: That don't feed the trolls line cracked me up haha! It reminds me of something.....when I was teenager, my dad took me into work to show me the stuff the guys were doing with CGI in the graphics department (I was nuts for CGI at that point) at his work. There were 3 guys in the room, including a tubby curmudgeon named Vince. Vince was a brilliant CGI guy, but Vince had to have his own little cubby in the back of the room, and he was more untisocial than the unibomber. As we went in the graphics room, the other guys said "Vince is back there....keep your fingers away from his mouth."

DCK: I just finished that gig at FullSail. It was pretty cool...it was a beatles-y sounding track, so I set up the JSX for a nice clean fender twin type sound. For the solo I did some subtle double stop Steve Cropper type thing. I had to crank the channel volume to 7 and the master wide open to get a little break up on that one! They ended up using a Royer Ribbon mic on the cab, and we recorded to 2inch type on a Studer, then dumped to PT. I think it sounded good, but in all honesty, it sounded pretty flat and dull, and I could have done better in my own little studio with 3grand of gear. I really don't find 2 inch tape to be significantly warmer than a good 24bit 96khz recording setup (of course using a warm sounding amp/ guitar etc). It seems like tape is mainly usefull for adding natural distortion and compression to a track by burying the needles in the red. Cool experience all together though.

Hi Mr. Satriani ! Ok, it's the first time here for me, I'm bit shak'in. I'm from Brazil; I've seen all of your concert here in São Paulo. But on last concert I've some family issues, but my frind Rcardo told me how's the show was, I can't belive. BUT it's live. Anyway, Im here to say that your music it's marvelous, it's seems a cliche, but that's me and my soul saying! I told you " your music" because ,unfurtenlly, I don't have meet you allready, but "I BELIVE " , that some day, we could meet each other. To finish, I would like to say that I work with ANIMATION in 3d. If you have a tami, I would like to show you, an image I've made to ya. OK, thanx for your patience and attention.!

Good VIBES from YVES CLÈMENT and BRAZIL

Clarky: I hear y bro, I never got round t getting the chip to insert to the Digi 2101,lil brother of the 2120.It was supposed to morph sounds when changing patches & double the algorithm potential.Well…..*sigh* I let her go b4 I got t hear that.

The sound out the GNX is something else though, I,m still just touchin on its capabilitys.I,ve it set up to do pretty much all I need from one patch ie can change amp sims & fxs on & off without annoying gaps, bit of a pisser the .35 of a sec patch change deal, but then that’s what y get when y buy cheap.I,m with y on the next fingers crossed rack digi though bud, I,ll be in the cue to sign up for some algorithm death

Michelle: In light of things this last week for yourself & peeps here, its maybe more apt to add “for music” in that sentence, jeez how quick the tide can turn

Zen:Good players think they play crap, lol
