Phrydom, thanks for the link...I think I'm gonna just let Joe unfold his songs to me here every coupla days...more like opening prezzies a lil at a time, LOL!!! Glad to know others are enjoying it though :)
Joe, 10 Words..... sounds absolutely beautiful and soul-touching. Very lyrical, brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. Love u Joe, you are always the best and are always going to be first in mine and my son's hearts in the wonderful world of music :))

Haven't logged on and posted anything in here in probably a solid two years, and frankly I'm shocked I still remember my password, but... Hi. :) Still listening to a ton of Joe, it's not like I lost the faith or anything, but... Idunno, just playing a lot on my own and busy helping to get sevenstring.org off the ground and whatnot. Anyway, just wanted to send a "what's goin on" towards anyone who remembers me around these parts, and say that I'm psyched about the new CD... Cheers!

There are 2? I didn't catch that part. If this concert is anything like EWJS tour I might just have to go both. Nice to hear from you ZInc.

js1200js1000, it's all good buddy, I'm glad you're happy with the stuff I sent. "if their's any way that i can pay you back let me know".....thanks dude but there's really no need, it's my pleasure to help, please don't feel you owe me anything!
And yeah, everything's good here, thanks.....been a bit crazy recently but all is starting to work out now! Hope everything's good with you - good luck with the change of jobs and possible house-move! Keep us posted, and rock on!
Zinc Master, 6.5 billion people is a whole lot.....it's no wonder our planet is in the mess it's in :-(
Satriella, thanks for sharing the excellence vs perfection thing!

Rob310...it's Friday...so better than the norm...yourself?
Joe Satriani....very, very, very nice work on all tunes....love it....can't wait for the full versions....say,....why do you suppose we human critters judge things as, biggest, best, strongest, smartest, fastest...our inherent competitive nature?...it's seems a dangerous trap....especially when these terms are used in describing Art, Music, and other interpretive forms of expression...often...when misused...they miss the mark intended by the Artist, and may be misleading slung by a critic that does not truely step back, and take a more omnipotent view of things....Joe....whaddya tink?

It has been a really long time since I have posted, as in a couple of years. It's a good thing this place depends on repeat business. :-) Just kidding. Greetings to everyone on the board.
Anyway, I am psyched about this Super Colossal Tour, although I am sorry to hear that Matt Bissonette has left the band. Joe will be coming to my area, Tampa Bay Florida, on April 24Th.
What is the best route for me to get tickets? Should I purchase the tickets online through ticket master or the venue, or should I go to a ticket master outlet or the venue box office?
Here is the really big question. I have a Ibanez JS1000BP guitar. I would love to have the opportunity to meet Joe and if possible, have him sign my guitar. Is there any possible way that that can happen??
If not, I look forward to the show anyway. Joe has been one of my biggest inspirations ever since I first picked up the guitar back in High School.
See you guys at the show.

all (well, really folks in traveling distance to Los Angles) - check out the news about the special FREE show joe will be playing to launch the new album on Mar 14th in LA! i'm sure laminates will go *fast* so you'll want to
show up early to get yours!
also, in the road area we've got a couple more new shows announced and a whole series of in-store appearances (no performing, but CD signings!
cuthbert1776 - i've been waiting for confirmation on the second HOB show and now have it and the date is up. it "shouldn't" have been released yet, but sometimes mistakes happen :}
aussieRGman - i asked about release dates worldwide and was told that it's mar 14 for "virtually the whole world, with a few exceptions" but no one has given me an idea of what any exceptions might actually be yet...
