Been a while since I checked in...
Anyone got the new Tool album yet? The Packaging is fucking ace - free 3-D glasses!!!! Haven't had a chanc to actually listen tot he album properly yet, but if the packaging is anything to go by it shoul be killer.
Clarky - Dude, I'm really sorry about Sunday!! I was really looking forward to going up there, but then I was a tit and I filled my Dad's car with petrol. Which would have been fine if it wasn't a diesel engine... lmao. By the way, what do you think of the World Cup squad? I have to say, I think Sven's made a few mistakes there, leaving out Wright-Phillips and Defoe...

Zinc Master...........your President Bush post was dead on. Really honest, no BULLSHIT and why is it that all these things seem so common sense? When will people just decide to do what's right vs. what will line there pockets. Sometimes you just lose faith in society...........I have been listening to Operation Mindcrime (I haven't listened to II yet) and it never sounded so good, amazing that an album with many years behind it is so relevant now......cool post!

Zinc Master, lmao!!!!!!!! The thing about the trip to mexico is a little mean, but i totally understand... i am an inmigrant myself and i'd never think to ask for shit like that, most of it doesn't make any sense...
CroNumber9 glad u finally get to see JOE... i just did a month ago, for the first time, and i had such a great time... i'll try hard to be at every tour from now on... enjoy and congratulations... i hope you get the money you need...
GROWLER man, remember i'm from a small country, i was lucky enough to have heard of JOE... actually, the first cd i ever listened to was the first G3 with EJ, and i was blown away!!! I do believe that G3 was the best of all time and i think JOE should repeat it to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the G3... which he kinda did on that show last week (yes, i am incredibly jealous too, hahaha...)... so what i mean is that i haven't listened to the original Jeff Beck's version, so i can't help with that one...
Red House with JS, SV and EJ is just out of reach, it's something that can't be improved... it was flawless, jawdroppin' and asskickin'... what else can i say????

Deb: Okay. Turn your head on more of a slant. Now, make a fist and slowly ease it up underneath your chin. This is looking really good.
Kip: You can say that again.
Deb: Okay, hold still right there. Now, just imagine you are weightless. You’re in the middle of the ocean surrounded by tiny little sea horses.
Deb: That was the one. I think that’s gonna come out really nice.
Uncle Rico: Uh, you did it? Wow. Wow, that felt really relaxed. Thanks, Deb. You’re up, Kip.
Kip: Is there some kind of vest that I can wear?

This may seem harsh, but apparently System of a Down aren't going to do anything for a long ass period of time and I'm applauding that as in my opinion theyre shite. :-)
I've tried so hard to listen to their music and it doesn't work for me, I just can't see what other people see.
I'll leave it at that before a rant ensues.

Get Your Tickets Early!
Everybody's favorite TV actor, well, at least Germany's favorite TV actor, David Hasselhoff, must be so proud. The actor, who recently found out DreamWorks will be bringing an adaptation his Baywatch to theatres, will soon see another of his characters brought to the big screen. Indie shingle The Weinstein Co. has picked up feature rights to Hasselhoff starrer Knight Rider from show creator Glen A. Larson, and the company now has an eye toward adapting the series for the big screen.
Hasselhoff spent the mid-'80s cruising around the small screen as Michael Knight, with his talking car KITT, in the cop series Knight Rider. The show centered on an injured cop who had been left to die. He is nursed back to health by a mysterious millionaire who gives the cop a new name, face and all sorts of high-tech gadgets, including his car KITT, to help fight crime.

I really like Operation Mind Crime I
Part II - not the same vibe - still like it - but it is not the same.

Sometimes they are not too far from reality?

Hey everyone,
FOUR DAYS!!! I,m going crazy with anticipation, and I've already seen Joe 11 times live! I've been hearing alot of great things about the show and Dave Larue being one of my favorite bass players makes the wait even that much harder. I'm practicing my crowd chat to make sure Joe's home crowd makes him proud!

I want to thank you gentlemen for your great input and respected opinions. I know SRV and Beck did quite a few jams together. I have heard all kinds of storys about the two. I like the power of SRV, yet I like the versatility of Beck. Its reallya subjective thing isnt it? Then, there is G3 which brings the song into a whole other dimension. I like them all! Its great to kind of think about these things because it brings back good memories and shows you how much the guitar has evolved over the years. Like one interview I listened too of a prominent lead guitarist replied "its all in the way you touch it". Thanks again.
ICEMAN 2 I'm reading the book "Game of Shadows". Its all about the Barry Bonds deal. When you read the book, its interesting to note that performance enhancing drugs are no different than street drugs. There is a manufacturer, a pusher, a dealer, and a consumer. Pushers are the worst. All athletes are looking for some kind of an edge to make them better and in the Bonds case who pushes the drugs but Victor Conte of BALCO and his croonies. The bad boys, as I like to call them, have hung out in gyms for years. Gym Rats you can call them. They prey on people who are hard gainers, or people who want to progress at whatever the price. When they run out of easy sells, they "push" the stuff. Just like crystal meth man or any other kind of drug you can name. I am not going to judge these people because, you know, you really dont know who out there is on them. Size and muscularity are not essential components of steroid use. Some do them off season, so they are clean during the season and undetectable in a blood analysis. Any way you cut it performance enhancers have always been around, steroids since the 40's! There are literally tons of high school, college, and pros on drugs buddy. In ALL sports. I'm going to leave you with a picture in your mind and a question for which I'm sure you know the answer. Are the Williams sisters of tennis on steroids? Growler out...
