Satriella- an unexpected job opportunity has come up (teaching secondary age kids with severe learning difficulties.) Loved the school when I went round yesterday... main problem is the closing date for me to resign from my current job is 31st May, and the Head hasn't officially advertised it yet, just told me it's coming up very soon...

Anybody please help : To go for it or not go for it? Would appreciate your cyber instincts........

Joe, Super Colossal is love, depth and superb. I enjoy all the tracks but Ten Words nearly makes me cry - if I had the gift to write it, then I would cry. I nearly met you at the last London show, you just got out of the car and stood next to me (I will always regret it) but I had not got the balls to say Hi Joe. Thanks for giving me so much pleasure over the years, I respect your gift, style and being for us. Chiles

OCPS470, hmm, if I get the chance I might try it with the Legacy - I guess I could even run a software keyboard module out from the computer, into the Legacy, then back into the computer....

Cubase has some bundled plug-in software for adding tube gain in the same way an amp would add gain, so it would be interesting to do a back-to-back comparison!

Suzie - That sounds like a much more chalenging job to me, but at the same time much more rewarding. Kids with learning difficulties always seem to appreciate your time a lot more. I say go for it, if you think you're up for it; and only you can be the judge of that!!!

Satriella - lol... I suppose so. There's lots of 'odd one out' names in that list, I guess!

I dont know something smells a little FISHY here. Actually I can sense the stink when you post SNOBBOY. Us trolls have a sense of stench, its kind of like pig after it's been split open and gutted. Watch out for the sharks homeboy, they be on the prowl!

Speaking of the good old brits. SATRIELLA, I hate to be the one to give you the sad news, but since you ignored my posting, and I know you did. Make sure you read this. From the symptoms you discribed on your post you best get in to see an orthopaedic specialist asap girl, because what you have is much more severe than arthritis. You either have one of three things, or a combination of two, and I will list them and number them so it will be easy to understand.

1) Cervical nerve impingement

2) Cervical disc herniation

3) Cervical DDD ( this is degenerative disc disease )

The fact that you not only have neck pain but something called radiculopathy, or radicular symptoms. Numbness, tingling, or pain down one or both arms, indicates a serious condition, which left untreated can progress to the point of surgical intervention. This is due to overuse, most likely cervical flexion or bending your head forward in an incorrect way for a number of years and for long periods of time. Posture is a key factor over time as well as ergonomics and sleep pattern. These problems commonly attack the lower cervicals C4-C7. If the numbness and tingling go down into your fingers this is an indication that it is coming from a low cervical level. Get your butt into see an ortho for an x-ray/mri or you are going to be one hurt puppy. Do not address the symptoms with pain medication for long periods of time, as this just masks the progression of the root cause. You can choose to ignore this but I spent the time to lay it out for you. I might want to beat the shit out of some of your friends on this website, but thats my way. I am who I am. I dont like things dull and boring. I like high energy . Take my advise or dont. I'm not trying to be Mr. Doctor and exalt myself. I deal with alot of pains in the neck. You know, like FISHFRY , EL CAPITAN STEVO, and MR. IVE SEEN JOE A BILLION TIMES CANADIAN BACON. Sorry, I just like to push their buttons. Its late over here, got to get some rest. Aloha............................

962: Is that plugin by any chance called Amplitube? For some reason, software amp modelers have always sounded like a really really bad solid state amp to me. Even Line 6's amp farm (which many people tout as being a holly grail of modeling) sounds nothing like their latest podxt or vettaII modeling....it just sounds harsh.

Gustavo, wow, watching your videos was incredible. You made my day! How old are you? You are an incredible talent and I'm so glad you posted your videos on here. I'm quite sure that Joe, Steve and Yngwie would say that your playing does indeed do them justice. I was wondering how long it took you to get so good, and what the hardest material, in your mind, is for you to play? I think you should, and quite probably COULD, be on one of the G3 tours with the rest of the gang! Contact the right people and I'm sure it can happen. Again, what a sheer delight it was watching you play those songs, would love to hear more from you again. Take care and PLEASE, KEEP PLAYING YOUR ASS OFF! Thanks, Anton Shred. HOLY FUCKING SHIT, CAN THIS KID PLAY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
