Siouxzo - Not really worth bothering about. Just that a certain nobody has been chelping on , reckons he knows everyone and everything but only really knows how to be rude and abusive, thinks that a Brazilian would have a website written in Spanish.

well steve, it's a shame that you seem to want to comment about any little technicallity I might be wrong about. It was a very positive post I wrote and you seem to be the only one making negative comments about it and or me. Why do my postings influence you in such a way? I think you are the one who thinks he knows everything, and wants to make sure we "little people" know it. Quit wasting your time on people like me if you can't find anything positive about my postings. Why don't you head on out to sea with your fanclub and find an island where you truly can rule over some "little people" with your infinite wisdom "Captain Ego Trip". I hope the rest of the site took something positive out of my recent postings. Anyone interested in learning more about Doug Doppler can do so by going to Steve Vai's record label at Favored Nations to get a listen to and read about him as he is a really, really great player and person.

Hey Everyone,

How's things? Wanted to let you all know that 5 of the tracks from my debut album, Decisions, are now availble for download through SoundAid.org

Basically, you donate $5 to download the 5 mp3 files, and all the proceeds go to Heifer International, a charitable organization that provides livestock to less fortunate people as a means for them to feed themselves going forward. There are a lot of great artists on there that have also donated their music for this very cool cause. Please check it out if you haven't already:

And CroNumber9 - Thank you very much for pointing this out to all of us!!

Yo Joe.... greetings from Vancouver Island... posted this question some time ago, but thought I would try again! Joe, I would really like to know if your harp setup (bullet mic, harp frame) was custom made for you. If not, I need something like that and would really appreciate knowing where you picked it up! By the way, where do I send something I have for you? It is great exercise for your wrist/hand and is great for recuperation after a strenuous night of gittar pickin! I brought it to the gig, but didn't get a chance to see you after the show.... My pal Bernie Shaw (Uriah Heep) has told me how you and him used to hang out backstage when they were touring with Deep Purple back in the 90's. Too bad there were no recordings from your stint with them... oh well! Caught your show in Vancouver this May - it was great! Did you get high off the BC Bud haze in the air... man, was that THICK or what??? Later, Phil (Boz Roz)

fablawyer PLEASE!!! I just ate!!!
dck surely you have an mp3 player that handles .pls files? itunes can surely do that?! oh, yeah, i'm talking about OME's streams ;-)
ok, this might be a long post, it's a copy-and-paste job, but i think it's funny...
There's this guy who's in the market for a used motorcycle. Always wanted a nice big hog. So he's shopping around, answering ads in the newspaper, and not having much luck. One day he comes across a beautiful classic Harley with a for sale" sign on it. Upon inspection, he is amazed to find the bike in mint condition. He inquires about it with the owner:

"This bike is beautiful! I'll take it. But you gotta tell me how you keep it in such good shape. "Well," says the seller, "it's pretty simple. Just make sure that if the bike is outside and it's going to rain, rub Vaseline on the chrome. It protects it from the rain. In fact, since you're buying the bike I won't need my tube of Vaseline anymore. Here, you can have it." and he hands the buyer a tube of Vaseline.

So the guy buys the bike and off he goes, a happy biker. He takes the bike over to show his girlfriend. She's ecstatic (being a Harley fan).

That night, he decides to ride the bike over to his girlfriend's parents' house. It's the first time he's going to meet them and figures it will make a big impression. When the couple gets to the house, the girlfriend grabs her boyfriend's arm.

"Honey," she says, "I gotta tell you something about my parents before we go in. When we eat dinner, we don't talk. In fact, the person who says anything during dinner has to do the dishes."

"No problem," he says. And in they go.

The boyfriend is astounded. Right smack in the middle of the living room is a huge stack of dirty dishes. In the family room, another huge stack of dishes. Piled up the stairs, dirty dishes. In fact, everywhere he looks, dirty dishes. They sit down to dinner and, sure enough, no one says a word.

As dinner progresses, the boyfriend decides to take advantage of the situation. So he leans over and kisses his girlfriend. No one says a word. So he decides to reach over and fondle her breasts. He looks at her parents, but still they keep quiet.

So he stands up, grabs his girlfriend, strips her naked, and they make love right on the dinner table. Still, no one says a word.

"Her Mom's kinda cute", he thinks. So he grabs his girlfriend's Mom and has his way with her right there on the dinner table. Again, total silence.

Then, a few raindrops hit the window and the boyfriend realizes it's starting to rain. He figures he'd better take care of the motorcycle, so he pulls the Vaseline from his pocket. Suddenly the father stands up and shouts: "All right, all right! I'll do the damn dishes."
later peeps, hope you'tre all well :)
