Zinc Master ...............don't you know that the US Postal Service all ready opens your mail for you to protect you. So that wouldn't work. I think they use sub standard glue so by the time it gets tossed around a little it just opens up for a free look-see....HAHA!

Gear Question: How do you use the Boss DS-1 and is it a modded version? Is the DS-1 a big part of you distortion or just a boost?

Salt Lake City is waiting Joe! You can hit the slopes, jam for us and be back home the next day.

DAVE ALEN/ ANTON SHRED Please take the time to read this.

Check my first post to this guy Growler. I am a friendly guy and don't like taking abuse off people. I've recieved emails off some people complaining about the guys attitude. I just turned the tables on him and he doesn't like it so why should I put up with it. How would you like it if some one you never even met and don't even know gives you grief for no reason at all. Again I'll use his words "Its a free forum".

He doesn't have to talk to me if he doesn't want to. I have moved on and ignore his posts if he can't be civil with me. He's called me everything under the sun and now he's the victim!!? I'm sorry I've missed something here.

I'm 39 years old and have lived a full life. I've been fortunate enough to live my dream and be a professional musician. I made sacrifices and paid my dues for the privelige. I am still learning from life experience you never stop it's the same for every one. I realise some people like you and some people don't thats life. At the end of the day I love Joes music and like most of the intelligent kind people that make posts on tbis site. I would rather make a friend than an enemy any day.

He says he's a fan of Joe yet he threatened to bring the FBI in to shut Joes Web site down. He's called all of the people that use this site 'druggies' amongst other things. Check his previous posts out. He needs to get out more if things like this upset him. If the guy wants to forget it and get on with me I am a big enough guy to let bygones be bygones. I have tried before but it's up to him. He doesn't have to agree with everything I say so long as he makes valid reasonable points.

Now can we please drop this and get on ? Thank you for your time.

PEACE AND RESPECT

Hrh Fish.............a well written post of information you made for sure. I posted taking no sides but just the facts that this isn't anyone else's site but the domain holder's. Anyone can be banned from participating regardless of FBI friends or not if they are harassing, threatening or disruptive. The forum should have some guidelines but either way being kicked off a site isn't going to shut it down. Peace

Kayle, BPM is "beats per minute". A metronome is a little device that sets a rhythm using clicks or beeps, and you can set the tempo to different BPM settings.

Take a scale or technical exercise and start off with the metronome set to a slow BPM then gradually increase the tempo.

Of course, I have offered you this kind of stuff before but you never acknowledged it so I might be wasting my time here again?

Delfino, "Sorry to any scousers on the board, but face facts its not paradise" - haha, that's hilarious dude!
slanshroom, hey amigo! Yeah that's correct, I was in Barcelona a few weeks ago. Thanks for your offer - I was only there for two nights but I loved it and will come back at some point so when I do, I'll be sure to e-mail you and see about meeting up! Muchas gracias!

Gotta Have Joe: Try picking with your right hand on an open string as fast as possible in a oval. "Shredding"- can be demistifyed by right hand speed. then move to using an open string and one fretted note.....and so on. Try to make it smooth as you go. You can add the left hand and practice sweeps later. Check http://www.rockhousemethod.com for even more practice techniques. Also try it on the upstroke-to start, then on the down-stroke. Matt King: Hey Matt! I was sorry to hear that course of evolution is not working full time together. Steven and I have slowed a bit too with gas at $ 3:50 a gal! If'in' I were in brick....I'd be there in a minute! DCK: Steven and I are planning a new disc with "Passions of paradice" and a few select other tunes on it. I'll send you a copy if'in' you'd like, when I get it done, of course. Randell

Cinderella is now 95 years old.

After a fulfilling life with the now-dead prince, she happily sits on her rocking chair, watching the world go by from her front porch, with a cat named Bob for companionship.

One sunny afternoon out of nowhere, appears her Fairy Godmother. Cinderella says, "Fairy Godmother, what are you doing here after all these years"? Her Fairy Godmother replies, "Cinderella, you have lived an exemplary life. Is there anything forwhich your heart still yearns?"

Cinderella is taken aback, overjoyed, and after some thoughtful consideration, she utters her first wish: " The prince was wonderful, but not much of an investor. I'm living hand to mouth on my disability checks, and I wish I were wealthy beyond comprehension." Instantly, her rocking chair turns into solid gold. Cinderella says, "Thank you, Fairy Godmother!"

Her Fairy Godmother replies, "It's the least I can do. What is your second wish?" Cinderella looks down at her frail body, and says, "I wish I were young and full of the beauty and youth I once had." At once, her wish is a reality, and she is young and beautiful again. Cinderella feels stirrings inside her that have been dormant for years.

The fairy godmother speaks once more, "You have one more wish; what shall it be?" Cinderella looks to the frightened cat in the corner and says, "I wish for you to change Bob, my old cat, into a kind and handsome young man." Magically, Bob is suddenly transformed into a man so beautiful the likes of him neither Cinderella nor the world has ever seen.

The fairy godmother says, "Congratulations, Cinderella, enjoy your new life." With a blazing shock of bright blue electricity, the fairy godmother is gone as suddenly as she has appeared.

For a few eerie moments, Bob and Cinderella look into each other's eyes. Cinderella sits, breathless, gazing at the most beautiful, stunningly perfect man she has ever seen.

Bob walks over to Cinderella, who sits transfixed in her rocking chair. He embraces her close in his young muscular arms. He leans in, blowing her golden hair with his warm breath as he whispers......

"Bet you're sorry you neutered me."

JOE, i was listenin to Starry Night last night and was lookin up at the sky, and i realized that the way you explained it on that interveiw you did in Reno in 03, is the exact way i have always thought of it! I have ALWAYS thought and looked at that song that way. Its so wonderful, and i do that with your other songs to, the ones you explain and when you say how you felt and what you were thinking when you wrote the songs, is exactly the why i think and feel on them. Im not talkin bout like Rubina cause thats your special song to your wife, but i mean all your other songs. Thanks Joe for making such beautiful music! I couldnt get through every day without you! I couldnt even emagine getting through the days with out you! you have been in my life sence i was born. Thank you.
