Captain Steve...............I am so happy to have a new best friend thanks for the reminder geeesh! Well I am usually a very quiet and non confrontational person but sometimes you just gotta speak the truth...;) I think a drummers participation varies. Look at Dream Theater also Night Ranger and the drummers involvement. Most drummers I think just keep the beat but then if you look at when Dave Weckl plays with Chick Corea well you can't keep a drummer of his magnitude as just a beat keeper. Neil Peart comes to mind also. I think in Joe's situation Jeff keeps the beat. Jonathan Mover didn't fit the mix in his mind because he didn't understand his role and couldn't accept it maybe?. Personally I like to get involved if given the chance. Look at Steve Vai's live drummers they really participated beyond just the beat.

hello Joe and Band

long time listener, first time poster :) met you backstage in vienna, austria, 2001 seen you many times live in the US and Europe

Question: would you know what time you play in Wroclaw? and for how long?

I would love to take my little boy (6 years old) to see you and the band playing, he loves you!!!!

I cannot take him to normal concerts due to his age you know.

Actually, he likes Campitelli much better (sorry) since he wants to be a drummer he says :) we play the DVD (san fran) quite often.

Best regards from Vienna, Austria

José Luis

Bah Duh - Hope things are going a little better for you now. So, the mighty mighty England go 1 -0 up against minnows Sri Lanka. I think the Windies aren't doing too bad either!

GPNBF (DaveAlan) - I'm sure i've seen likenesses similar to the ones you posted links to before. Prolly when I passed someone who had a magazine open, not that I would purchase or peruse such lewd literature LOL

Keep rocking

Steve.

Mikesb:This guy is a hardcore Django fan, no doubt.Happy days

Just bought me 2 great books with cd some 4 weeks ago

The best of Charlie parker by Mark Voelpel.A Hal Leonard product &The best of Django by Joe Charupakorn. Both are #1 bro

The Django book gives y the notes in tab, 2 easy.Crap if y dont have the right guitar n aint born with swing, lmao. The parker stuff takes some working out if like me your not a fluent reader, but all the less its there panned left band & right solo.

Mike thanks again for that link, gettin me in that Tom & Jerry humour life thang again, tis well cool.Just need Carl Stalling t join in t make it a show

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000002LJE/103-7245610-2895049?v=glance&n=5174

PS:I,m working on Carl Stallings work. What i want is to have a full hour of the roadrunner movies with a live band.If anyone gets there b4 me, fair play

Carl Stalling From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search Carl W. Stalling (November 10, 1891–November 29, 1972) was a noted composer and arranger of music for animated cartoons. He is most closely associated with the Looney Tunes shorts produced by Warner Bros

And get this!!!!

where he worked, averaging one complete score each week, for twenty-two years!!!!!

"Yeah, I should film myself doing air guitar!!"

God no...I have never laughed at anyone playing air guitar (well...maybe when I'm pissed and they're sober) but don't do it man! You'll look like a knob! lmao...

I s'pose the redeeming thing if you do film yourself is that you CAN actually play...so you're not just some guy who thinks he looks awesome with all his mad (imaginary) skills.

I played football for the first time in about a year today, I was pretty good considering...I set up a load of shots and scored a hat-trick. However, I gained numerous injuries, the ball being blasted into my unmentionables being one of them and an elbow in the back being another lol....But it felt good to work off the 13 subways I've had over the last 10 days.

Any recording or computer guys here? Got a question for you... What is the difference between firewire and a usb interface? I'll be getting some stuff to record on my computer. I was looking at the USB interfaces Lexicon has, and then I clicked on 'firewire'... don't know too much about that though.

Thank you for your comment.Vicente Amigo ,who is 39 years old, is considered the greatest flamenco guitarist, after Paco de Lucía. I agree with this idea but if i want to be sure about this topic, i should listen to the other flamenco guitarists as well.

With your permission I want to ask you a question. How can you make an internet address which u type in satchland as a message, clickable?
