gotta have Joe/Kayla....hmmm...so many sweet sad songs...maybe "I Believe" inspirational & contemplative...imho

Satriella....thanks much 9~}

962/Simon Daultrey...sounds to me...like you took alot of care to put this one together... composition, recording, soloing, tone & vibe...aaah sooooo$7)>

UncleScorp...I'd say mess with the 59 Marshall setting, or the 5150, alittle Chorus, Delay, Reverb...it can be done. What type of Axe, Pickups & Strings are you using? Are you using an amp, or going direct? ermmm...this could get complex...lol

bahduh

I got a post from Ibanezplyr about Steven Wilde a day or two back - with a link to their web site -http://www.abovethenumbers.com/

I will check it out later today.

It looks like Steven is in the same condition - but still able to play - which is good.

A MARRIED COUPLE IN THEIR EARLY 60'S WERE OUT CELEBRATING THEIR 35TH ANNIVERSARY IN A QUIET, ROMANTIC LITTLE RESTAURANT.

SUDDENLY, A TINY BEAUTIFUL FAIRY APPEARED ON THEIR TABLE AND SAID,"FOR BEING SUCH AN EXEMPLARY MARRIED COUPLE AND FOR BEING SO FAITHFUL TO EACH OTHER FOR

ALL THIS TIME, I WILL GRANT YOU EACH A WISH."

"OH, I WANT TO TRAVEL AROUND THE WORLD WITH MY DARLING HUSBAND" SAID THE WIFE."THE FAIRY WAVED HER MAGIC WAND AND POOF-TWO TICKETS FOR THE QUEEN MARY II LUXURY

LINER APPEARED IN HER HANDS.

THEN IT WAS THE HUSBAND'S TURN. HE THOUGHT FOR A MOMENT AND SAID: "WELL, THIS IS ALL VERY ROMANTIC, BUT AN OPPORTUNITY LIKE THIS WILL NEVER COME AGAIN. I'M SORRY MY LOVE, BUT MY WISH IS TO HAVE A WIFE 30 YEARS

YOUNGER THAN ME."

THE WIFE, AND THE FAIRY, WERE DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED, BUT A WISH IS A WISH.... SO THE FAIRY WAVED HER MAGIC WAND

AND - POOF!- THE HUSBAND BECAME 92 YEARS OLD.

THE MORAL OF THE STORY:

MEN WHO ARE UNGRATEFUL BASTARDS SHOULD REMEMBER FAIRIES ARE FEMALE.

sorry for the all caps

Don't drink that water!

It has been scientifically proven that if we drink one liter of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than one kilo of Escherichia Coli Bacteria found in water that contains feces. In other words, we are consuming one kilo of shit.

However, we do not run that risk when drinking rum, gin, whiskey, beer, wine or other liquors because alcohol has to go through a distillation process of boiling, filtering and fermentation.

It is my duty to communicate to all of you people who are drinking water, to stop doing so. It has been scientifically proven that it is unhealthy and bad for you. THEREFORE - It is better to drink alcohol and talk shit than to drink water and be full of it !!!

Thought You Should Know!!!

Good Morning Satchland.....How Are We ? Had a Great weekend and it's a Beautiful Monday morn here in Chi-Town.

962..... I like "Kyoto Dream" a lot. Nice song. Soothing to the soul.

Stopped by the chat Sat. nite Joan was in there. It was nice to talk with her again. Where was my other chat room girls? ...lol.....Hugs to you all.

Picked up a powered monitor from Carvin model PM15A off eBay. A scratch and dent sale. Saved $80 and Man does it sound great. Have an audition this Tues. so I'll have a chance to check it with some air around it. Mixing continues on the first set of two. Having a great time doing this project. I went to a guitar show over the weekend to find my locking trem beauty and came up empty. I'm strongly considering ordering a custom Carvin. What do you guys think?

Have A Great Day ! ! ! !

I hereby declare this day...or infact any sunny day where you wake up at 2pm and immediately start consuming alcoholic beverages for no real reason in a hammock in the garden while listening to Motley Crue, Motley Crue Day.......a creative name? No, not in the slightest but oh well.

The only thing that could make this day even better is a subway sandwich, and I'm currently trying to convince my mate to give me a lift up there. Lazy? Yes.

Goooooooooooooooooooood stuff.

mikesb......Thanks for the info. Those guys are great players.

Iceman II...... Flying In A Blue Dream Is my fav also. There's something about this song. The feel, groove, solos and rhythm guitar parts all make up one master piece. I guess Piece is the magic word here. Joe's music to me are musical Pieces, not songs. They're all put together so well. He's the master of all of the above. Amazing musician and person.

Kayla, if I had to pick a Satch song for the grand finale, it would probably be S.M.F. , cause it's such a bad ass song and it has a lot to say and it takes yer mind off of whatever's ailin' ya. Yer not making any plans, are ya?

Zinc, thanks for proving my point that everyone is full of shit. LMAO!!!

Delfino, Crue Day!! lol! Woo Wooooo!!! As soon as I saw the words Motley Crue, Wildside started playing in my head. Yer livin' the dream man, yer livin' the dream! lol! Have a beverage for me while yer at it. Enjoy the day!

Ya Yo Gakk: Friends is such a happy song! It is my favorite Satch song as a matter of fact....

Guitarmeister: Yep, that Led Zep double cd is fantastic. I was so amazed at the sounds that Page was getting out of that Tele on Disc 1!

KAYLA: The song that I want to hear while on my deathbed would be Friends. My oldest son, TomJr, is planning on playing that at my funeral because we are such good friends.....
