Hey Joe! Love your music, and your guitar! I started playing 2 months ago. I got an Ibanez GSA60 and a Peavy amp. I come on here and what do I find? My favourite modern guitarist uses the same manufacturers as me! Cool! I looked at the Ibanez website and saw your signature model. It looks awesome in blue! That's definitely one of the ones going in my collection when I'm rich! Who knows, I'll probably get the red one too. Along with a nice Fender Strat...

Have you got any G3 concerts planned for London in the near future?

This is my summer...I have 4 months of this...I'm going to take driving lessons eventually, not yet though. I'm too drunk right now - would be kinda dangerous.

I need pole-dancers in my garden. That would be the icing on the cake.

Stevee T, yeah thanks bro, Kyoto Dream did take some work to record. An essential part of the sound was the feedback, but, of course, tuned feedback notes are hyper-sensitive to change, so getting the right notes to ring for the right amount of time took a lot of care.....felt like defusing a warhead! haha.

Also, having done it all once, I then did it all again 'cause all the melodies except for the solo are double-tracked. Anyway, all that aside, I'm really pleased you're diggin' it enough to want to hear it more than once! Rock on amigo!

Keniko, thanks for checking out the tune, and thanks for your kind comments!
Phew, I got an e-mail back from ticketline saying I should recieve my Bournemouth tickets in the next 7-10 days. Still, it's cutting it rather fine....

:-/

ICEMAN II...... I know what you mean bro. Joe opened with FIABD in Chicago in April. I'll probably sound like a wierdo but I had tears streaming down my face. I was over joyed to see Joe again plus with that song......well, my emotions took over. Joe's the best. He touches your soul.

962..... No Prob......Great work.

Cheese.....Well how'd Chris do? We were talking a little about our boys. My son Aaron is flying to Michigan tonight till Wed. to hook up a server and get a satellite locations network up and running for the Co. he works for. I'm so proud but like you a little nervous for him. This is what he went to school for and it's his first trip for the Co. Right now I want it to be Wed. and know he's safe at home....lol.... He'll do great but the parent emotion is kickin' in....lol....

SUGARBABY...I hear I missed ya in the chat tonight...sorry about that....but I've been wondering how you and the babies are doing??? Haven't heard anything about them?? Hope all is well.....

Ken, thanks for asking...Chris did very well with his speech...it was a lil over 9 minutes and he answered questions at the end and did well with those...they appeared to like his song as well, and he ended up with a B+, so I was very proud of him. AND he got a call yesterday from a kid putting together a slide show of all the seniors...they are presenting it at the senior awards night, and they asked Chris if they could use his song as the background music. That made him feel REALLY good! :)

HIYA JOE!!! Are you getting all packed for your big trip yet?? Don't ferget to take at least one hat, LOL!!!! :)

aaaagh it's tuesday......you know what......going to see JOE on a tuesday.....aaaagh i'm excited

Not much time to post....my T2J time is literally going to the dogs....we are looking after a dog for two weeks.....so my computer time is now WALKIES!!

Awwww 962 - you still don't get what I am saying

I LOVE YOUR TUNES!

I play them literally every time I am on the computer and I have said I love your tunes more times than anyone else on here....all i am saying is KD is different to your other styles on soundclick...just like my usual style in drawing is straight laced portraits in black and white but my Bowie picture is in colour with a little sci-fi thrown in...different to my usual style...doesn't make it bad...just different....all in all

I LOVE YOUR TUNES....HEHE...WETHER IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE TO YOU OR NOT....LOL

Hugs Satriella xx

PS I think every one else should too!

Satchiella - Tell me to mind my own business if you want but i'm only trying to help. I would guess that 369 is quite proud of Kyoto dream (he should be, it's a fine piece of work) but I get the feeling that it's more than just another tune for him. I get the vibe that there's some deeply personal stuff in there and possibly an element of catharsis and that is why Simon objects (if that is the right term) to your saying it's not 'Simonified' because it IS him and the way he was feeling.

And BTW i'll be seeing the Maestro before you!

Keep rocking

Steve.

Swissy ...keepin the faith......I admire and respect you and your strength after the last chat we had.....if ya ever want to E-mail me, rather than "chat" on these matters....you have a friend who will........and wants to listen! I feel very fortunate to have a friend like yourself to talk to!!!!!

From the posts i've read....i better go check out Kyoto Dream

Joe hope you're getting some rest in between shows ( its an aggressive tour schedule, from what i've seen.)

Peace......................................John.
