JohnnyB, yes, there will be a photographer assigned to taking the photos of platinum ticket-holders when you meet joe, you don't need to take your camera.

ovation1, what kind of sh*t is that? I had to import my Mourning Widows CD's from Japan......you are in Japan and you can't get one? You need to use amazon-japan dude, I swear you'll find a copy that you can buy over the net.

I would personally recommend that you don't hang around too long - if you don't have any luck finding Mourning Widows within, say, a month, then get Furnished Souls For Rent instead before that disappears into oblivion as well.

I personally love Andy's new record......i don't necessarily think it's his best album altogether, bu I don't think it is any weaker than the others. Indeed, I don't think Andy has a low-point in his catalog, which, in my opion, is a huge achievement.

Anyway, Resolution is a great track, and if you want to hear a good 9/11 tribute then Andy's is THE tribute to hear.

ANTON, GUITARMEISTER Whats up dudes? It's a fine day in America! After hearing we bombed the hell out of al-zarqawi and a few of his boys I was on Cloud 9 and continue to be. Its amazing that he stayed in one piece? At least his face and shoulders. This is the kind of thing that gets the adrenaline pumping! I wish I were the one who released one of the bombs. It was great! The news had a virtual cam of the two fighter/bombers going in for the kill. It was like you were right there. Amazing. Its going to take these bastards awhile to reorganize after this pig is now rotting in hell. Wouldnt you just love to get a few of these guys in the octagon? Now is the time to open fire and blow away the rest of the network that weve been staking out. All hell is going to break loose. They are looking to replace zarqawi with some dude from Egypt. Most all these guys are martyrs and believe their destined for a great reward in the afterlife. I wouldnt take the job. With the finest military in the world on my ass? Like white on rice boys.

Good news on the UFC front ,as well as bad. My man on Maui wins big breaking da ribs of his opponent. Did you see those knees to the ribs. 2 full on shots to da ribs and he sent the BC boy packing. Too bad about Matt though. I did see the repeat and he shouldnt of pulled out of that standing arm bar. Most likely he ruptured his bicep tendon, thats why hes not coming back. If he did, its all over for him and thats a shame because he was just a bigger version of Hughes. Same backround and everything. He could have choked out or put Mike in a kimura several times if he had use of his right arm. Mike sucked! No skills whatsoever, not even jiu-jitsu. Next fight should be good! Hope all is well with you 2. Hang Loose cause summer is here and the time is right for dancing in the streets! Who else but the GROWLZA.

P.S. Go tednugent.com and check out his wallpaper and his chat site. Love it. ITS THE NUGE BABY! OUTTA HERE.................................

Thanks stringlord for the useful info..yeah guess you're right. ahaha. then again why does satch use the DS-1 anyway? if his JSX or even the old Marshall 6100 100W (in 01' til 02' i think) can deliver good gain? I knw he used it for the Dec 2000 SF tour...the one that came out on CD and dvd.

Perhaps a Wah is good. I rarely use Chorus. My teacher lent me his 10yr old GCB-95 Crybaby before. Its not bad. Also, how much of diff if i were to get an extension 1 spkr cabinet for the AVT or even try plugging in my amp into a 4x12 cabinet directly instead of the original loudspeaker?

Satriella - "are you the stand in if Johnny A can't make it" LOL - yeah and if I don't make it, John 5 is the backup! I think it will be OK to take a small camera along. I took one to the G3 meet and greet and there was no problem :)

Are you going to the Hammersmith gig? It's gonna be unreal.

Take care, JonnyB x

Cuth, after the initial "holy crap" factor settles in, it's funny as hell! Even if you hate that type of music, it's still funny!! Of course, I enjoy the second video and accompanying music much better than the first ;-)

Sandy, the trauma I suffered was from watching David Lee Roth "sing" Jump whilst surrounded by a bunch of bluegrass fiddle players on a late night tv show. Further trauma was endured when I found out that there is an entire cd out with even MORE Van Halen songs "sung" by DLR and said offending bluegrass fiddle players under the guise of "The Southern Side Of Van Halen" - MINUS everyone in Van Halen!! Just a-hole DLR. lol! I thought Pat Boone singing Matallica was bad, but this....this was soooooo much worse!!! lol!

Last day of school. Two hours and 10 minutes to go till my daughter becomes a senior, and my son a freshman :-)

Boston News

Reissues of the first two Boston albums, 1976's self-titled effort and 1978's Don't Look Back, are set to hit stores Tuesday.

The recordings have been remastered by Tom Scholz -- Boston's mastermind, lead guitarist and studio wizard. The discs will be sold in digipak packaging, and will feature new liner notes penned by Scholz.

"Boston turned the disco-crazed music industry on its head," he writes about the band's debut disc.

Folks I need help......

Several days ago I inadvertently heard the song "Shiny Happy People" and was not in a position to stop the tune. Over the past several days I have caught myself (and had to slap myself) humming and whistling that tune, sometimes at the most inopportune of moments (example, while perusing the death metal section at my fave used record emporium) I was seriously chastised by the owner (and he is a friend!!!!) How do I snap out of this?????....

Do I count my blessings that I only heard the tune and did not have to endure the video image and move on???

Suggestions please??

Hey guys, I just got an email from the people etix. i am one of the people who got platinum ticket for joe's gig in cardiff on 22nd june. On the email it said no camera and no backpacks allowed. I was just wondering how do people get their guitar signed, i mean essentially u gotta carry your guitar in a gigbag which in a way is like a backpack. And no camera?? i mean whats up with that! i am slightly annoyed that after forking out such a fortune , i am not allowed to take one picture. Did any of you guys had to go through too? how did u got round the problem? Is the visit backstage and meeting with joe very relaxed or were you pushed around by organisers? Get back to me, i am really dissapointed that they wont let me take a camera.

Ps - A big thank you to all the people out there who has really helped me out with some friendly email. you guys are the best.

Thanks so much Cuth..... The first one brought a flurry of nightmares back!!! Am I the only one who thought that that particular ride was designed by Joan Crawford and that the ride would never end??? Jeesh. That along with the FAO Schwartz tune (which my kids had on a cassette that looped the insipid little ditty over and over) are two of the lowpoint memories of bringin up my kids....

The second one? What did I ever do to you??? Thanks for that.......
