LOL 10 DAYS LEFT TILL I GET TO MEET JOE
I got friends from all over the uk, coming to my place and we are all going to see joe together on 22nd this month. LOL managed to get front Stall tickets from st davids hall. so yep joe look out for us right in front of u at the cardiff st davids hall.
HEY MAYBE SOME OF YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME OUT WITH THIS ONE ? I GOT TWO GUITARS , OBVIOUSLY I CANT TAKE THEM WITH ME TO HAVE THEM SIGNED BY JOE SO I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE THE PICKGUARD INSTEAD. ANYWAY BOTH MY PICKGUARDS ARE BLACK AND I DONT KNOW WHAT SORT OF PERMANENT MARKER I SHOULD BUY TO HAVE JOE SIGNATURE ON THEM PERMANENTLY.
ANY SUGGESTION WILL BE WELCOME GUYS.

Does anyone remember seeing the Joe Satriani video of "All Alone"...I remember the video but I can't find it on the net anywhere and to my knowledge Joe hasn't released it on any of his many DVD's

thx for the Adrian Legg's links, that was a lot of fun... i don't know if you've seen it, but John5 plays some nutty bends behind the nut of the guitar and he gets a pretty similar effect, like Legg's detune with the banjo tune pegs... check that out... he also tunes his guitar in open D major too...

I am definitely on the Hagar side of things as far as Van Halen goes.He is the man.What is wrong with Eddie?!
I think G3 only stands a chance of being interesting is if BUMBLEFOOT is involved.I'm sick of all the 3 note per string shredders.

Lemme see if I got it right..............
1) first you remove all natural and indigenous plant life from your yard......
2) you place a gazzillion seeds on the ground that don't seem to thrive in that environment......
3) you get suddenly affectionate for the rainy days that used to make you sullen.....
4) you express aggravation at the re-appearance of the natural plant life.....and carry out actions to eliminate them...
5) You coat the earth with chemicals that can explode and force an unnatural
growth to occur.....
6) You revel at the "miracle" you've accomplished when it starts to grow.....
7) You take a gasoline powered device(usually)and hack it down....put more chemicals on it and repeat this step over and over
8) You stand back and compare it to the other little patches that people around you have attempted....
9) You get jealous of others who can more successfully accomplish this amazing feat..........
If you're ever tempted to think of other peoples activities as meaningless , stupid, or a waste of time and energy.......ask yourself if this is one of the homekeeping religious rites you kneel before!!!!!
