waterproof soap, hey thanks for checking out the tune, and thanks very much for your detailed feedback, it all helps! It was interesting to read a Tanegrine Dream reference....certainly not heard anyone say that before!
Keniko, interval and chord lesson? Ummm, was that one that I posted here on t2j?! hehe, sorry, I can't quite remember if I put it up on the board or if it was one I sent out by e-mail!
Anyway, regardless, I'm pleased to hear you found it helpful, that's nice to know! And of course, you're welcome, any time I can help!...

Suzo...... Everyone is doing great and thanks for asking. Cindy's last day of school is this Fri. Yippie ! ! ! ! as I'm sure it is for you...or at least soon. Sean is luanching his web design Co. in the next month. My son Aaron is in Michigan installing a server and networking it into the company he works for. I'm still in the audition mode with my band but mixing a band I recorded live. So it's all good. Is Matt gigin' anywhere in London? He's a great player. I love the Flemenco style of playing. It's so soothing and mellow. Wine music...lol.... Take care...hugs to ya.

Suzie2000 - yeah, I'm feeling a little twitchy about the UK platinum thing now, too. I hope they get in touch soon, so that we know the times and everything. I mean, there's still 11 (well, 10) days to go, but I'd like to know sooner rather than later!

Hey Joe and a fond hello to all Satch fans!
I just bought Joe's DVD "Live in San Francisco". I realize this was shot some time ago and I saw Joe in Atlanta at the Tabernacle in 2003. What an awesome show! I was blown away completely. I have never had the resources to purchase Joe's complete catalog of works but what I do have, I have never been disappointed. I have been a Satch fan since 1988 when my ears had the distinct pleasure of hearing Surfing With The Alien when I was just 20 years old. Keep the creative energy working Joe!
BTW, is there going to be a U.S. tour sometime again soon?
I want to introduce more people to the Satch experience the next time a show is in the Atlanta area.

Wooow!!!!
Finally a chance to see You alive!
Coming down to Croatia with few friends to see you. You will like the town of Opatija and clear blue Adriatic sea. Dont miss the chance to take a swim and check out the beaches in the peak of the summer season. I'm sure this gig will be the one to remember (and many more in the future). Thanks for coming to this part of Europe!!!:-)
P:S:: Friends trying to make me shave my head for the event, so if you see a lookalike walking down the street in Opatija, that could be me... BTW, if you need a stunt Joe - I'm available (just kiddin').
When I was 13 (1987), I bought the "Surfing with Alien" and decided to keep playing guitar when what I heard from the speakers prooved me that guitar is not just a "boring rock" instrument and that there's lot to work on and enjoy. THANK YOU JOE ( a big one)
Sincerely your
FAN

Captain Steve i think everybody who posts music on the web is pretty much aware of that... for some of us, the fact that somebody will want to rip our music into a CD for personal use is quite an honor, not that i have posted myself a lot of stuff for download or anything... i don't even know if you checked the only song i've uploaded so far... anyway, just wanted to let you know my point of view... From the Tonight Show's website ~
Tuesday, June 06:
DAVID LEE ROTH shows a different side with "Jump" from the CD, Strummin' With The Devil: The Southern Side of Van Halen.
I didn't see no stinkin' Van Halen!! I saw an ass puppet surrounded by a bunch of fiddle players. Bloody hell, the horror!!!!

JOE .....Ahhh How fantastic it is to be here....did I tell you I love your tunes...I did...well here I am telling you again!
I feel like it is such a privilege to come watch you too...
and I am so excited about that...I never thought I would see the day....and now it's less than two weeks away...hehe I almost don't want it to come coz I am enjoying being so excited.....
What was the last time you were really excited and what was the occasion?
Its not as daunting as it would have been...knowing that some of my T2J friends will be there too....I mean....at least I won't feel like everyone is a stranger..
I hope you enjoy every gig and every town you play while you are here in Europe.
Hugs Satriella xx

Definitely, and I think its the way its written as well...its like "This is this...this is this...heres an example of how it works...here's a bit more, heres another example."
It actually makes it very clear. There is no shortage of tutorials on the net, but there is a shortage of well written ones that can
1) keep the reader intrested
2) stop the readers head from exploding.
So I applaud you for that can't wait to read some more.

Suzie - no worries....
I'll be in the downstairs bar before the gig....
I'm easy to spot... cos I'll be wearing a Satch T-Shirt
ocps - so what's the verdict on the Engl?? cool or uncool...
I've never tried one myself..
Delfino - wo.. thanks.. this is great for me to hear...
I don't know if I've mentioned this but....
I'm going to use these tutorials to ultimately from the core of a book I'm going to write...
the book will differ from the tutorials because there will be pics, diagrams, a CD with backing tracks and examples and any other extras I can think of...
