CTR - Have you been at Wolfie's meds?

Taffs, Mancs and Cockernee wankahs - Don't forget, during 'Crowd chant' it is Leeds, Leeds, Leeds not Hey, Hey, Hey as some have said. It is very well known that Joe ia an avid fan and season ticket holder at Leeds United.

M le Zen Poisson - So is Die pronounced ie? LOL

No Holmes in chat and it's not 11pm yet!

Keep rocking all

Cuth - the leftie blue quilted Merlin is my mate Jon's... however, that was the lil' sweetie I was playing / demo'ing at the London Guitar Show......
that guitar is:
Brazilian Mohogany body
NW coast USA quilted maple top
Indian rosewood neck and fingerboard
pick-ups are hand made by Bareknuckle and are humbuckers that started life as two singles.. so coil tapped it sounds very Strat / Tele - ish, un-tapped it's more like a top drawer Les Paul / PRS type..
the neck position humbucker clean / crunchy / or full-on dirty just sings.... the tone is rich and thick... tons of body but not muddy.. great definition...
the neck humbucker cuts through and is really responsive but never shrill.....
for me personally the neck is a bit on the chunky side.. but that was as per Jon's requirements when he spec'd out the guitar... however, it's wonderful to play even though it's not the sleak RG style profile I'm used to...
but being a custom.. you order what you want an Morgan create it... but with the highest quality wood and parts.. and made to tolerences that are rediculous...
the neck joints are so tight they are unreal....
and there is no heal... it's carved away...

after Envy is sorted, I'm getting Morgan to build a new neck for Avarice... then a completely new guitar....

haha.. Lilly is a sweety... so cute...

Greetings people of satchland. I am happy to be out of high school, and am now entering the real world of reality... Staying home and playing my guitars, 12 hours a day...but my mom says I now need to get a real job. Darn! Thank you all so very much for all your congrats, It is very appreciated, and a very special thanks to waterproof soap for his wonderful post. Also a very special thanks to cheese 101(my mom) for always being a good mom, and helping me to get thru high school, and stay out of trouble. She says it was a hard job!!

Yes, I did receive the wonderful present of a candy apple red js-1200. I now have a js1200, a js100, and a js700. I would highly recommend a js-1200 and a wonderful mother to fork over the cash. It is an absolutely screaming guitar, and a tone machine. I recommend them to everyone, except cube who we all know doesn't like js's. To each his own. :)

Thanks again all... And here are a few pics of me and my js's and a graduation pic.

Capt Steve: I was at that venue for VAi.........was my last show then I flew to Holland to visit my dear friend Maria Noelle. I hope you, the wife & kids have a great time at the show. I find just using some tissue or napkins is enough, earplugs block too much of the Music. Just my advice.......... ;-)) Say hi to JOe for me!!

Slanshroom: Never fear, this girlie ain't going soft....... ;- Did you get hurt??!! I read something, tell me what happened?!.....

Waterproof soap: I'd like a perfect world too......... I hope alls well my friend. Peace.

Ovation: Thanks so much !! I'm feeling better now. I'll post more tomorrow........I'm trying to catch up..........160 emails. mostly bullshit stuff, I'm catching up from being away. I get about 30 a day...geez! I need to get AT's new CD!!

SteveeT: Thanks Stevee........ Here's looking at you kid!....lol EJ is going to be at BBKings on Fri August 18 @ 8pm. I will probably go, hope you & Ronnie and Mikesb decide to mkae it too!!! Hope to see you soon my friend...........

Guitarmiester: Congrats on your Graduation my friend!! All the best to you & your future!!

No time to catch up for the last week or so tonight........I'll be back baby!

Peace,

Just got done hanging out with Tropical Storm Alberto this afternoon/evening. It was scary but fun! Gusty winds of about 50-70 mph and heavy rains. A lovely rainbow finished it all off....along with a bottle of wine in the jacuzzi. An unusual but neat way to end a vacation.

DCK, Clarky, or any one that can answer this..... I'm pretty sure it's a load of poo, but I was told buy someone that it would harm a tube amp to run a keyboard/organ into it. Is this true?
