Hello its been a while for me so i have no idea what's going on . . . . . . . . . . . .but i heard joe wrote a book on playing guitar? is this true? if so, what's it called?

becuase lets be honest what better teacher is there in this world? or any other world? Becuase Joe's style is not from this world.

New Company Policy

Sick Leave

We will no longer accept a doctor's statement or medical certificate as proof of sickness. If you are able to go the the doctor you are able to come to work!

Surgery

Operations are now banned! As long as you are an employee here, you need all your organs. You should not consider removing anything. We hired you intact, to have something removed constitues a breach of your employment contract!

Personal Leave

Each Employee will receive 104 days of personal leave a year. They are called Saturday and Sunday

Company Vacation Days

We are a good company that allows, on top of your entitlement to 104 days of personal leave a year, all employees are to take their vacation at the same time every year. These days are as follows: December 25th and January 1st.

Compassionate Leave

This is no excuse for missing work! There is nothing you can do for dead friends or co-workers. Every effort should be made to have non-employees attend to the arrangements. In rare cases, where an emploee incolvement is necessary, the funeral should be scheduled for the late afternoon after work. We will be glad to allow you to work through your lunch to leave 1 hour early, provided your work in finished.

Leaving Because of Your own Death

This will be accepted as an excuse. However, we require at least two weeks notice as it is your duty to train your replacement.

Lunch Break

Skinny people get one hour for lunch as they need to eat more so they look like healthy employees. Normal size people get 30 minutes for lunch to get a balanced meal and to maintain their average figure. Fat people get 5 minutes for lunch because that is all the time that is needed to drink a slim fast and take a diet pill.

Thank you for your loyalty to our company.

The Management!!

hehe....hope you enjoyed that! It's nor far off the truth!

Slanshroom - your next...by the way....ever since I was a kid I have had a thing for eyes....before I did portraits I drew eyes alll the time...and its still what I doodle on the phone or whatever...that and sun-sets or rises are my favourite things in nature...anyway the point is I take careful note of peoples eyes and you know they are very rarely...what you would call classic eye shapes.....but your eyes are the most amazing I have ever seen....perfect!....well they are in the picture I have anyway....get a few beers in you and maybe the story is different....lol!

Big hugs to all you lovely guys and gals!

Another nail in the coffin i,m 37 today, was a great night here, St Juan, loads of fireworks no prizes for guessing where i,m goin

Satriella:Thats quite a complement, thanks, got my ol dutch t thank for that stroke. The next morn after a night on the tair however, y might want t paint the crap i slept 2 on the street instead, lmao, laters hon

GROWLER:Its mindblowing to think what the body is capable of, i,m trying to hunt down that Indonesian guy that produces fireballs from his Palms by using Chi, not had luck yet.I,ll drop a line when i find out more.Saw him once in a documentary setting fire to paper from a metre. Its no fake, a bunch of scientists wired him up & found the heat transmitted from his hands was over 300 degrees!! They,re totally stumped as to find an explanation still. He tried telling them how to practice & harness the bodys Chi energy but as they couldnt figure a way to measure it, they passed it off. What fools eh.Cool t know yer diggin the links dude, loads more t come, adios for now. S

mikesb,Kenico,Cuth:When those guys say they train EVERY part of the body, they mean it, lol

here is the first link again if anyone missed it the first time round smashing brick by hand, metal over head, etc etc Shaolin Monks

waterproof soap:lol, yeah i saw that link b4, Zen posted it, the nose rub at the end & smile cracked me up.Y should check out a lot of the young classical musician competitions, i saw a kid last year, 9 yrs old play Paganini,s Moto Perpetuo begin to end no mistakes, lightning fast...he won, lmao. The future looks bright for sure
