God I'm so fucking dumb ...I'm pretty sure I just lost the girl I love. If something ends mutually then fuck it its all good...if it ends and its your own fault you can't console yourself. That's what I've just found anyway. I can't get comfortable...sitting, standing, pacing back and forth, lying down...she's constantly on my mind and I've just fucked up so badly that she's confused 'about stuff' and sure it'll never work out.
I don't know what to do...well, actually yes I do...I want to go to sleep for a long amount of time and forget how much of a douche I am.
I think I'll throw on some Satch and fall asleep, see how that turns out. God damn I'm so annoyed at myself right now.

Delfino- does she know exactly how you feel? If not TELL HER, you have nothing to lose... sorry but don't know all the details, hope you get the chance to talk to her:) You said you were "pretty sure" you lost her- but not completely sure! So there could be hope still?
Good luck:)

She might know...thats the problem...sometimes I'm being way more subtle than I realise. I've tried getting in contact wit her, e-mails, text messages, phone calls etc...no reponse yet.
I would give all the details but seriously...the reason is so stupid on my behalf its unbelievable. But just to make sure no one thinks this, I didn't cheat...I wouldn't, not on her she's too important but god damn do I feel stupid right now.

Delfino- Maybe you just have to give her a bit of time then... it may not be as bad as you think??? Sorry you're going through a horrible time with it- if it's meant to be you'll find a way to sort it with her.... get going! She may want you to contact her deep down, even though you are reading it that she's not responding to your e-mails etc.?
Hope you manage to make contact. :)
-Hey Mexico just scored against Argentina, surely that's a good omen that surely anything's possible!!!

JOE IM STRUGGLING WITH LEADS AND SOLOS. I COULD REALLY USE SOME HELP. IF YOU COULD JUST DIRECT ME TO A VIDEO OF YOU PLAYING THAT WOULD HELP ME OUT SO MUCH. I PRACTICE SCALES EVERYDAY AND I STILL CANT COME UP WITH GOOD ASCENDING AND DECENDING RUNS. MY RYTHM IS STRONG, MY LEADS ARE SUCKY. ANY TIPS YOU COULD GIVE ME WOULD BE GREAT. I WOULD BE HONORED TO LEARN SOMETHING FROM THE GREATEST GUITARIST THAT EVER LIVED. I UNDERSTAND HOW BUSY YOU ARE, IF YOU COULD FIND TIME TO SEND ME AN EMAIL THAT WOULD ROCK. TFSONGS4U@HOTMAIL.COM

Zen - Thanks for the spinal Tap stuff.....was listening to an old record of theirs before the gig...called...break like the wind....Joe is playing guitar on it!
Waterproof Soap - See it was better than any christmas....coz with Christmas and Birthday's you alwasy get things you don't really want....but this...this was and is the best present I have EVER had EVER in the universe EVER!!!! njbeast - I have to do at least 12 pictures of Joe coz then I can order a calender from Webshots!

I just realized.....september when I first joined this site....i had three ambitions:
1. To join the fan site
2. To see Joe Play
3. To speak to Joe
I never thought in a million years the last two would ever happen and now.....nine months later.....I have given birth to all of my ambitions!
They all happened.....
how amazing is that!
Never in a million years I thought...never....and now
now it's actually happened!
ok
ok
new ambition.....
when I get my inheritance (this could take some time)....
I am gonna join Joe on a world tour....I mean do a gig in as many countries as I can and do at least 3 in the UK...one after the other...like some of you!....If I could just do the UK bit....wow...that would be sooo cool!
OK....I am finished now...
I mean I am going out for the day...
so I promise I wont be back
lol
hehe
bye
Hugs Satriella xx

Satriella....You're crazy! ...(But in a GOOD way....!)
One thing I noticed at Hammersmith is that the audience has really changed. My first Satch concert was Wembley 1998(?), and the audience were mainly young, geeky looking guys(sorry blokes!)
Hardly a female to be seen.
At Hammersmith there were LOADS of women, + all ages visible. I knew that one day Satch would become more mainstream. They will probably be teaching it in Junior schools in 20 (?) years time.....
Joe...I love you. Thankyou for being so lovely and approachable.
Later guyz.
ps.Did any of you guys get to the Derek Trucks concert in London?.....AWESOME player!

Shell - I wouldn't say Joe is 'mainstream', he's way too good for that. My guess is that he retains many of his fans and after twenty years in the biz has built up quite an age range in them. I was at the Newcastle gig and all the people I spoke to seemed to be genuine Joe fans rather than going to see the 'happening' band of the moment. For me this gives a much more intimate feel to the show, feel the love, fantastic!
Keep rocking
Steve.
