Let that sofa be your surfboard for now brah.....shaka
I'm actually LOOKING for a job now...the dust has settled and its time to get on with it (wouldn't ya know it...just as the music opportunities start rolling in)
Kayla
by the looks of your last post you're now amongst the ibanez
owners...........time to practice, practice, practice.
a friend called me last nite looking for a bassist to play in a
hastily put together band that is doing a charity benefit gig
at a popular ice cream stand with a huge parking lot......We're gonna be playing alot of beach boys stuff...(and I always believed Hendrix when he said "and you'll never have to listen to surf music again") i forgot how much fun it is to sing harmony backing vocals while playing......guess i gotta dig out
my aloha shirt....i'll be sure to get a pic or two......the ice cream place is giving away free ice cream....so we're sure to have an audience....for a while depending on the heat.
Peace......................................................John

Satriella
I'm sorry, I'm not ignoring you just keeping missing your posts...I think I scroll far too fast lol.
Jobs...hmm...well, I've counted and listed all the jobs I've applied to since I got home from Uni in easter and I've applied to 73 jobs. I've heard back from one saying they don't want me. Kind of close to giving up now to be honest because its getting ridiculous.
As far as the girl...I've fucked up again, I'm so shit lol.

Hi all - If any of you have a few spare prayers to offer for my brother in law I would be grateful. The poor bugger is having his bladder removed as I type. Good luck Patrick!
Thanks and keep rocking

GottahaveJoe: Pretty cool huh? Did you have any trouble witht the strings, locks, equipment? Kinda deluxe for a second guitar. Now you can check out Rockhousemethod.com for some cool tips and tricks to use on your new axe! Rock on Satch girl !!! (you'll be taking over at the clubs sooner than we think!!!) P.S. did you like any of the songs on the cd? You can practice to them....eventually. Work out on "So'os you know" it'll give you a sence of JOE. Iceman2: Joe has universal appeal, and he plays to the heart of the music-Chi-soul. Rock out grasshopper!

Yeah it was a pretty even match, just a shame it had to go the way it did for Switzerland.
And Brazil against Ghana was least reflective score-line ever...although Ghana played pretty fucking well but just couldn't finish.

Cuth, yep, Washington has gotten hit hard. It's been raining buckets here. It slows down, and even stops, but then when it starts up again, it's a downpour that you can barely see through! Right now, the SCHUYLKILL RIVER is expected to go up to 27.8 feet by 8:00 tonight in Reading. 13 feet is the flood stage. They're saying that this is the worst flooding since Agnes is '72. Some streets and roads are already closed due to flooding. We're not near the river, nor is anyone in our families, but my sister has to cross a stream to get home, and I have the feeling that's gonna get ugly there too. I remember the mess Agnes made down by the river, and if it's supposed to be worse than that, well, God Bless all the people who are gonna be affected by it.

Delfino - Yeah, but I'm glad Ukraine are doing well in what I believe is their first ever World Cup. I like seeing underdog naitons doing well.
France have a tough match against Brazil, though. My girlfriend is French and she's dreading it!!! Mind you, I can't say I'm 100% confident about the Portugal game on Saturday... lol
