T, my heart is with ya today. I'm sending all the love and good vibes I have. It'll be okay. Change is good sometimes. Give the baby daddy a chance. I know there's nothing I can say to make it better, so just know I love ya.

Iceman, I have TSRTS, but I watch the newer Zeppelin 2 disc set. It you don't have it, you need to get it! lol! It's sets from live shows from the 70's. Very cool!

Davey, Lucy and Oscar are sweet, as always, and yer mum is quite lovely :-) I also find it more entertaining to watch most pop stars with the mute button on. lol!

civ, the trashy side - lmao!!!

Lucy, glad you had a great time and got to meet Alexandre. I don't understand about the aftershow? You won passes, but they never had one? That kinda stinks.

Sandy, yer getting a nice collection there. I could tell who all the ppl I know were without reading the names. You're good. As for losing a post, the best thing is that after you write it, copy it, so you can just paste it if it disappears.

ohh, I almost forgot ~ Rambo 3 ski~doo!!

lol!

/\//\T'/: hehehe, lol, if we look that good at fity, we dont need no shirt girl, lol!! ;-)

Zenman: Vito was a guy locked in a bad band lol, but he got the vibe from Eddie and became a fantastic player.... Sucks that he had to play with those Lions, lol, that era was just full of that stuff.... And the saddest part is that he had a hand injury a few years back (tried to make a go of it again) which keeps him from playing.... Btw bro, thanks for that Gary Moore and Albert Collins stuff.... Gary is a definate king of blues, I've long admired him because of his melodic blues and vibrato to die for style.... And as you know, he's got more faces than Dr. VAI, lol!!....

cuth: I hear ya bro, I hear ya on the 45deg arm raise, lol, I've been fearing that for a long time now, and we get closer every day.... I.D. cards for all citizens are next.... ....Bring on the Revolution baby!!....

Stevee T: lol bro, someday we will work that out (the solo bit in my head) so I can play it to you.... Keep rocking bro....

PhryDom: Happy Birthday to your Mom and doggies!! :-)

bahduh: All is well on the Far Eastern Front bro, and it looks like I'll be able to write back to ya this weekend.... Gotta work Sat (tomm), but all is well, and my boss will be back Monday, yeah!.... lol ;-) Btw bro.... haha, lol, Landis was making the fight back when I was typing, lol!!!!.... Amazing is his conviction, and as long as he rides well after the time trial, he will have the ace!!.... Amazing journey it has been, and yes sir on it being better than the he said this / he said that World Cup, lol, cept the part with Italy winning!! ;-) Stay kuul bro....

....Later peeps....

Ahh Tis summer song indeed!

Michelle - Thanks for the compliment and thanks for the advise, the trouble is the post this message is always just off screen and I am always in a hurry when I post and coz I am in a hurry I forget to copy it as well but as I have all my replies from this site on a word document (78 pages now!) it would probably be a good idea to just write it there first place and then cut and paste it here I will try to do that...oh wait....I've already started...ok...next time!

Oh I like this Black Betty myself

http://youtube.com/watch?v=eYYJX3PPUxQ&mode=related&search=black%20betty

ANYONE KNOW WHOSE VERSION IT IS...love it?

Phyrdom - what your dogs don't like going to work with you....and with all those othere doggie friends to play with...ah well...they look really lovely dogs even if they are anti-social and prefer to stay home! hehe

Oh my word next door are having a huge party...there goes my sleep then! grrrr

Hugs Satriella xx

Joe,

Congratulations on another stunning album. You keep cranking it out - to the betterment of everyone! I'm sorry I missed the show in Denver.

I have a question about writing multiple lines - in particular for something like "Made of Tears" (what a jaw-droppingly stunning peice of work!). Do you work out the different lines ahead of recording or do you lay down a line or two and then build spontaneously from there? Do you record multiple versions and then glue them together? I've tried doing this and I find it very hard.

Thanks for the insight and keep it coming! See you in Copper!

Cheers, Grey

JOE: My finger is fine now, and I haven't babied it ! The cut is just out reach of the strings and I can still Barre. I have had no problems practicing even on the bass. Bahduh: Check out what I told Joe.......continued saftey and blessings for you and family....you to Joe. Work has been tough and strange attitudes abound...I'm not sure where every one is coming from. It'll all work out. Ovation 1:I hope the cd gets to you soon. I sent it thursday. ANY review will be greatly appreciated. Recorded any thing with that Jem? I'll give it a listen if'in' you have. Tj2ers....we stick together. Iceman 2: Joe has his own mystical/electrochemical ballance that stimulates our otic nerves. (Yes that means he's a great player.) The hearing part of the brain is more direct. Any wonder we love his work? Keep on Brother T2Jer! Randell

Sandy, I watched that vid earlier too. lol! The group is Spider Bait. You can see the groups actual video for the song on the scroll down thingy on that page you linked. The dude takes his drum kit out on the highway. Looks like wicked fun, but I still prefer Ram Jam's version on the song.

satriella my kids will play with any dogs or people. anti-social is something they definitely aren't! i think the reason they don't like where i work is that either 1) they don't get my undivided attention / get jealous because I have a group of dogs with me or (more likely) 2) the kennels we use remind them of the crates they "lived" in when they flew from england to here. it must have been pretty harrowing for them and i'll never put them through it again. They really do seem to have some kind of aversion to crates. Better for them to chill at home on the couch / bed and go out and play with their friends outside of that atmosphere ;-)
Unchained. Swinghard without Eddie? I'm personally very impressed.

Hey Cuth

Acouple of years back when Tampa hosted the Super Bowl the city passed an ordinance that was similar to the Las Vegas Bullsh*t.........The issued a citation to a group of Christians who were setting up picnic tables every sunday to serve a b-b-que to the homeless.......

I guess nobody heard David Gilmore sing "On The Turning Away"
nor did they consider it for the half-time show...
i think yer right
sports was the distraction in gladitorial Rome
It worked very well as a smoke screen for the Third Reich
And in Las Vegas....we certainly wouldn't want to see someone spending money in a way that benefits anything other than a persons insatiable desire to satisfy their selfish desire.......

As for Tampa Bay....TECO continues to jetison roughly 40,000 metric TONS of polutants into the air we breath every day..........

Sorry....i have smoked a cigar in a restaurant......i guess people had a choice to remain or leave..........however.....we don't have that option with regard to our planet.....

try www.davidgilmore.com and select the link called "important stuff"

some interesting and disturbing views and facts are present there................

Peace..........................................John
