Zenfish: That's really cool that you invented a phrase to describe all that hah! The best I can do is come up with phrases like"MONKEY TIME!!!!" that I blurt out spontaneaously like a terets victim. I like doing stuff like..."hey guys what time is it?!?!?!" "gee...I don't know Chris, what time is it?" "MONKEY TIME!!!!!!" I think I lost it a long long time ago.

Hehe, didn't think so.I actually just found a 5150 combo on Craigslist for 400$.I'm skeptical, cuz the one at the store I teach at is like 800$.Must be beat to hell.
On another note, I cannot believe how heavy that thing is.Like, 85 pounds!

Cube-Yeah, but it sounded great.The other thing I realized, is I need to stop playing Ibanez.I played a Jem, a Strat, and a Les Paul copy through, it and the Jem sounded awful in comparison.
I hate that, now I need a new amp, a new guitar, and I still hate my playing, LOL.

Ethn: XD I'm in the same position, but even worse...my guitar's some nameless begginer guitar, my amp's a puny crap thing, and that's all I have >_> but now I have a job (at mcdonalds >_> it's really not that bad, it's very social and easygoing back there in the kitchen, and all of those stories you hear are completely false! And no, I'm not brainwashed!!) so i'm saving up like hell.
Gobelet:Yeah, the extended outro is amazing...I know there's a Youtube of him doing it once like a month ago, I would link it but I dunno it's it's allowed, so...just search for "always with me always with you reno". It's a great performance, not to good video but good audio recording.
Ahhh, I'm digging into his older material...he's becoming my idol, seriously (even from his modesty and general coolness in character)...I'm going slowly, there's a ton of stuff and a lot haven't sinked in yet, so yeah, I'm taking it slow...God, two which really show themselves are What Breaks a Heart and Souls of Distortion. They're amazing. Jesus, Souls of Distortion! The WAH!!! I didn't know it could do such things!! What an amazing chorus melody... And so much more other songs worth mention (but I still have to relisten to a lot to 'get' them, if you know what I mean...).
It's a fact - Joe Satriani is an amazing songwriter.
