GottahaveJoe: I hope you have had a chance to listen to the cd I've sent you. Any comments? How's the Axe doing? What guitar did your brother get? Do you two practice together now? Any luck figuring out Joe tunes? Get back to me girl....I don't have much to keep me interested as of late. I'm getting ready for surgery to my right eye (thursday). It'll be creepy, but ok. MariMariSRV: Thanks again for getting tikets to Steven and me to go see Joe! I'm still up from that. I know that was not your most favorite trip, but At least we got to meet. JOE: I hope you don't mind me sending an axe to Kayla. I know you could have but are in the midst of a awsome tour. I'm hearing great things from the youth I serve at target. Your right on the fore-front even for them. Once I'm done with this pesky surgery, I'll get back into playing. I have been practicing bass mostly as of late. I just re-did my 1-18 hf cabs with cross-overs. They work much better now...punchy! I'm asking for an Ibanez guitar for my birthday. one to replace the one I sent Kayla. I have my eye (no puns please) on a Ibanez GRG170DX ! I have not decided on candy-apple or Jewel blue. Peace, Randell

the_beatrix_kiddo, thanks for the link for the Wroclaw vid. When Joe went into the AWM,AWY jam, I lost my breath again just like I did at the show in Philly. I still have tears in my eyes from just watching the vid! lol! That was one of the most glorious things I've ever experienced, and seeing/hearing it again - wow! I can't even describe it. It's so pure and uplifting and absolutely beautiful. The audience at that show was amazing too. It's no wonder Joe gave them props - they deserve it! I have to watch it again for the third time. lol! Thanks for the link :-)

Hello Joe. Mmm...hopefully this time you're around, haha, because usually my messages happened to be posted when you're on tour. Thanks for previously answering my question on the G3:Rockin... JSX sound.
Anyway, just like to ask, when u were on tour during 2003, were the amplifiers genuine XXX 120W heads or were they experimental heads in developing the JSX? And, is it worth it investing in a XXX or a JSX?
Thanks so much!! Super Colossal CD rocks! I had to special reserve it at Tower Records Kuala Lumpur HQ Malaysia....hehe. Still, good work!

Cuth - Zen had the right continent just the wrong country. Maya and Aztec in N. America. Inca in S. America who were dessamated by Pizzarro. That was a sick pud. However, one thing to also look at was that there was a lot of fighting among the indigenous people of the Americas. One reason that the settlers were able to get such a hold was because the Nations had such strong hatreds for each other. History is what it is and I'm not going to apologize for things that I had no part in. I am much more concerned about the future and teaching my children not to repeat the injustices of the past.

Blue_Moon I've been using the Dunlop 535Q wah on my board for a while now, best wah I've had, would never change it either. You can get any wah sound out of it, the most versatile wah you will find. HUGE frequency range, volume boost with volume control, an EQ for the wah. That's the way to go, I'll never get a different wah. I know Joe used to use the 535Q in the studio. The 535Q is what you want.

SUZIE2000 - Glad that you are happy :-) but the press from your country makes me sad, many lies, that`s the reason why Scolari is not the coach of England. Congrats :-).

Joe (and fans),
I'm not sure if this one has made it to you yet, but you have to check this dude out. He's basically a no-name in the states but he's starting to make a name in Eastern Canada. This is one of the coolest acoustic pieces I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of them :))

Enjoy!
