ptrocker- we lost fair and square? Hmm... well we are allowed to have different opinions I suppose... What do you think about Ronaldo winking at the bench after Rooney's dismissal and then doing a "shhh" with his finger...? I would be interested to hear why you think he did that?
MasterYoda- Have a great day at the wedding!

cheese Hi , Glad you enjoyed Michael Hedges, for the most part he used a martin D28 , but the guitar in the picture is a Dyer harp Guitar they were all made before the 1940's ..i got my eye on one..
I love Hedges..what most of the other acoustic people doing that stuff is the composition..
i am gonna post a couple of my acoustic tunes soon.

My Friend Of Misery
You just stood there screaming,
fearing no one was listening to you,
they say the empty can rattles the most,
the sound of your voice must soothe you,
hearing only what you want to hear,
and knowing only what you've heard,
you you're smothered in tragedy,
you're out to save the world !
misery ~
you insist that the weight of the world,
should be on your shoulders,
misery ~
there's much more to life than what you see,
my friend of misery
you still stood there screaming,
no one caring about these words you tell,
my friend before your voice is gone,
one man's fun is another's hell,
these times are sent to try men's souls,
but something's wrong with all you see,
you you'll take it on all yourself,
remember, misery loves company
misery ~
you insist that the weight of the world,
should be on your shoulders,
misery ~
there's much more to life than what you see,
my friend of misery!
you just stood there screaming
my friend of misery

Suzie... So you're saying Rooney's aggression was Ronaldo's work? And Ronaldo's winking was a "thumbs-up" for a job well done? Now this is the point where my poor english doesn't allow me to explain how much this doesn't make any sense...
Ronaldo is a very temperamental kid and Scolari was advising him to stay cool (he always gets a yellow card sooner or later). Ronaldo was resting him: "I'm cool!" (for now!)
Let me explain one thing: I like the english a lot! I've worked with lots of different nationalities during the last six years and I really like the english I've worked with. They've got a great mentality! But this past match has shown me one thing that I've never realized before: english can't stand loosing! They prefer to think someone has pull the rug on them (even if there was no rug) than realizing they just felt...
Portuguese might have lots of flaws, but we know when to admit others were better. In football terms, we're better than the english and worse than the french. We always beat England and the french always beat us! I only hope this last part will eventually change! :)))
Sorry about the disagrement, but after losing to a team that did nothing except managing a penalty kick that was offered and almost defended, I think the english could learn a lot about managing defeat... And stop blaming Ronaldo and look at the real causes: lack of quality, inspiration and most of all: nerve condition!
Talking about bad sportmanship, what about that guy that tried to kick the penalty in advance to pressure Ricardo? Did you like the way Ricardo didn't even move? That's nerve condition (from Ricardo) and bad sportmanship (from the english) But even that sort of backfired on him, so...
11 DAYS TO SEE MASTER JOE!!!! :))))
