Hi Joe!

I'd like to take a moment of your time to say that I have recently (several months ago) heard your music for the first time. Since then I've acquired 4 cd's of your work and found almost all of it musically moving or at least interesting. I can safely say that I'm now a fan for life... :-)

You move me, man! (yeah, it's corny, but it's also true!!)

Thank you for sharing your musical gift!!!!!

Hello, I found in the web Vivaldi's Four Seasons, and this is really beautiful, great, fun, etc. etc. etc. Could you please tell me if you have already recorded it ? If yes, what's the album's name ? Did you record the other parts of Four Seasons ? If no, shouldn't it be a great idea ? Thanks a lot for your answer

Well looking forward to the next two weeks. I am playing a benefit for the Psoriasis Foundation on Sat, outside where I can crank the Mesa and lit it rip. Then next Sat we got called back to the Bethany Grill (on the westside for you Portlanders) for another show. Then, off to Kona Hawaii for my sisters wedding. Nothin but Mai Tai s and a Speedo for me!! Woooo the old banana hammock.

* a short pause for people to clear that visual from their mind* Anyway, should be a fun time the family is getting together to party down. Alright peeps I'll let you know how the gigs go.

You mean Joe Satriani is actualy going to see this message? If so,Joe you have changed my life in many ways.I learned to play guitar by my father,of whom I rarely knew.Luckly I caught up to him in Indiana about 10 years ago,and moved from California to spend the summer with him.Turns out to be the best thing that ever happend to me. He mostly taught me the basics, and showed me how to play chords and scales instead of teaching me how to play other peoples song. After that summer I never seen my father again. He was deported to spain.Anyways, learning guitar was one thing, then I discoved the Satch. You are so above and beyond anyone else, and the one's who come close,it turns out you taught them.Thank you Joe,Ive been studying your style ever since I first heard you on your Extreamist album. You have become my holy grail,a true inspiration. If I may ask,Ive been playing about 9 years and I am very advanced for how long Ive been playing, not trying to brag what so ever, this is just what I keep hearing everywhere I go.Anyways, what type of all around advise can you give to expanding the type of scales I play.Ive discoved that one type of scale with work in E but sound even better if you happen to play a B7 with the E.Can you give me an idea of a versital type of scale to start working on for a more classical sound.Im a big zeppelin fan,or was before you,and all classic rock, but Im looking towards a almost Beetovin/ Randy Rhoads/ early Kirk Hammet style. Ill tell you what, just any words of advise,or just a response from you will push me to learn that much harder. Thanks Joe,youve done so much without even knowing you were doing it.Would love to hear from you.Cant wait to see what youll put out next.

Hello!

Batten down the hatches SteveeT & Guitarmieser and other East Coast Rockers.......Storms a brewing......hold on tight!

I missed the Fireworks here on the 4th of July.....I'm glad you kissed & made up Zen & Roy. Luv you both. ;-))

JBlaze says hello to Everyone!! He's doing really good. I hope that continues for him....he's a great soul. It was wonderful to see him at the Boca show!

OME: It was great listening to you DJ and playing a JOe Satriani tune Mind Storm just for me!! That was very special. I'm glad we met. I will listen to you again real soon. You played some great tunes dude... looking forward to talking/hearing you again. It's been Real...... ;-))

Ovation: I sent you Paul Gilbert/ Mike Portnoy "Amazing Journey" Photos from BBKings but they didn't go through. I will try again this weekend. Thanks for your amazing info on such Incredible musicians.....You've been my Music Sensei, I bow to you Mikey.

Suzie2000: I'm doing fine Suzo, just super busy. I sen you the photos I took when I visited on June 28th. I don't think you ever got them....am I correct? Let me know, I'll send again. I had problems a few days later but I got it straightened out to some degree.......I had to talk to Comcast Cable, Microsoft & Dell Computers. Can you say FRUSTRATING?!! I'm still typing stuff now and nothing happens.....weird....it's not my keyboard but I do have a brace on my hand, my wrist is killing me! Not sure why.

GottahaveJoe: Hi Kayla!! I'm doing well. Thanks for asking sweetie. How's the summer vacation going? Is your sister visiting you now? I hope you are having a great time. I'll have to send you a few of my cards to give one to Viggo......in case you see him again. Tell him I'm an artist as well.....he-hee! ;-))

Ibanezplyr: Hi Randall. I'm happy to see you are doing great! Happy Birthday to you! I would change only a thing or 2 about our Satriani 5 Pilgramage to Vegas HOB for Joe's show. I'm glad I did it / was able to make it happen with the help of God. I just regret how my relationship with George soured.....I miss him but I've had to move on. I'd give him another chance if he asked, because that's just the kind of person that I am.......Forgiving. Tell Steven I love him & miss him....seems I usually call at a bad time. I'll call again soon. Luv, mari.

FABLawyerSBM: Ronnie will you & Alda be around for EJ @ BBkings fri Aug 18? SteveeT & I shall be there.......Mikesb is considering it, he's not sure. I'd love to see all of you there....Guitarmiester may be there as well. Very kuul!!

Once a polly tie tode, when our young worle was fresh in univerbs and Englande its beauty garden, a young lad set out in the early mordee, to find it deef wisdom and true love in flower petals arrayed......."
