slanshroom: The tao you write is great knowledge from the greatest Master of all time in Mr. Lee.... Thanks for reproducing that, and I've got much to learn too bro, lol, after all, it took them centuries to build it!!.... Hey, happy 1,000 btw!!....

Master Yoda: You go you rockin' BA you, lol, party on!....

Ibanezplyr: Thanks anyways bro, I look forward to the new tunes and keep up the good fight, and tell Steven to keep rocking!....

bahduh: I knew you were sick bro and didnt want to bother ya, I'm glad you are ok now.... lol bro on the Golden Ball, it almost seems like they had to give it to the man (cause of his retirement), although he would be more of a man (and earn a lot more respect) if he didnt accept it.... I do have an idea though.... With all the cards that were flying, why dont they come up with some in-between colors, lol, flash an orange, or maybe a beige, haha!....

....Now.... Another one of my fave gits on the Planet.... Mr. Emmanuel.... Zenman, I know you'll like this one!!!!....

....Late edit.... I think slansh or mikesb posted this one before.... Angelina.... You can hear his soul singing while he plays.... Amazing....

....His playing is so beautiful, it will make you cry....

....Enjoy, that was worth the wait!! :-)

Well the day has finally came......my bills have finally caught up with me.

My signed JS1000 is on E-bay. If anybody is interested the thing is in near mint condition, has been set up profesionally, has less than ten hours of play on it, and comes with the case. I can't speak highly enough of this axe......it was by far my favorite guitar, it's just a shame I have to let it go.

If anybody is interested here is the link. http://cgi.ebay.com/Ibanez-JS-1000-Signed-By-Joe-Satriani_W0QQitemZ280006547806QQihZ018QQcategoryZ33043QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

HI GUYS

Check this out. This just goes to show what you can get on the internet with a little bit of determination and a little bit of luck.

A 26-year-old Canadian who started with a paper clip has managed to barter his way up to a new house. Kyle MacDonald made 16 trades in almost a year using the internet to achieve his target. He is now due to become the owner of a three-bedroom home provided by the town of Kipling, Saskatchewan.

The aspiring writer first advertised on an internet barter site wanting something bigger or better for his one red paper clip.

He managed to trade it for a fish-shaped pen and then exchanged the pen for a ceramic knob.

In turn, he traded up to a camping stove, a generator, a beer keg and Budweiser sign, a snowmobile, a trip to the Canadian Rockies, a supply truck and a recording contract.

In April, he bartered up to a year's rent in Phoenix.

The rent-free deal was swapped for an afternoon with rock star Alice Cooper and this was bizarrely traded for a snow globe.

There was method to the madness though, with TV star Corbin Bernsen, an avid collector of snow globes, deciding he wanted it.

He offered a paid role in his new movie and the people of Kipling decided they would like one of their community to get the role.

They offered a house in return.

"This is such a cool community project. It feels right," MacDonald said.

"And now that I think about it, I can't believe that another small town didn't think of it. It will literally put them on the map."

Wot a lucky son of a............ :=)

This is for people with a sick sense of humour only. This guy goes round robbin cars and stuff with a camera followin his exploits. He does a hysterical send up of Eminems 8 mile high movie. He can't rhyme to save his life so he kicks the crap out of the other MC!!!! It cracks me up but this may offend some people. It's a ruder Ali G sort of ting :-)

Hello Joe!

My name is Ahlf and i'm from denmark. I have a question i wanna ask you,i play guitar as well but the sound i have is not the sound i like. i have a Vox ac 30 amp and a fender strat with emg aktiv pu's. i have the boss gt-8 board but it sound's horrible. I like a good distortion where the guitar really screams and some good delay and som chorus, could you please help me and tell me what i should by so i get a really clean and great sound. I am building my own guitar right now with the same pu's and vibrator system as you use on your guitar.

I hope you have som good advise for me.

love Michael Ahlf (dk)

Good Morning Satchland.....What Up?....... Cloudy dreary day in Chi-Town....sniff....sniff.....The weather really does effect your mood.

HrHFish...... Hey, thanks for the email and the pics mate. Who's the girl? Everything is going great. I finished the mixing project which was really cool. I learned more things about Pro Tools. It seems the more you use it the better you become at understanding just what this program is capable of....dUHHHHH ! ! !.....and it's a lot. I love it. Thinkin' of becoming a certified Pro Tools user but before I lay out the money I want to get my guitar with the Floyd first. BTW.....nice pic on your Dinky (his guitar.....lol.....thought I'd better clear that up right away...lol....) I'm up and down with that. Still thinkin' about ordering a custom Carvin. I just got to sit down and look at the options and put it all togather. Take Care Mate.

Have A Great Day Everyone ! ! !

Chris Peters - Hey, the other guitar player in my band is using the XXX. We are having some issues with the clean channel. It tends to break up easily and sounds really brittle. He used to play through a Fender Hot Rod Deville so he id used to a nice clean tone. I know you've played with the JSX settings a lot any suggestions?

Goodbye Syd
Remember when you were young, you shone like the sun. Shine on you crazy diamond. Now there's a look in your eyes, like black holes in the sky. Shine on you crazy diamond. You were caught on the crossfire of childhood and stardom, blown on the steel breeze. Come on you target for faraway laughter, come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine! You reached for the secret too soon, you cried for the moon. Shine on you crazy diamond. Threatened by shadows at night, and exposed in the light. Shine on you crazy diamond. Well you wore out your welcome with random precision, rode on the steel breeze. Come on you raver, you seer of visions, come on you painter, you piper, you prisoner, and shine!
