Stevee T:No worries bro, i know my limits, Scots skin in this kinda sun without shelter is a bad idea.No matter how much protective cream y wipe on, it runs off yer bod in under 5 mins, runs into yer eyes when yer cuttin tiles brick n stone & nips like hell when its mixed, what a fun life,lol.2 times i fell ill due t sunstroke last year, thought i could do the job in the heat but no.Never again, 2 times is enough!.Every year here builders die, i,m not playin the hero, done that. This isnt a poor me story i must add, just how it is for all in construction at mo.
My primal dream y know, my second to build on it, the 3rd dream Steve is to obtain the knowledge how to build & build my own house on my own chosen piece of land, its like all things, you have to work hard to achieve a good result.3 more years & i should more or less have the skills at hand plus i get to meet & speak to people from all over the world at work so my eyes get opened to cultures that i THOUGHT i knew about, huh, what a wake up call.Every day something new, every day i kill my ignorance.
Its a chosen path so maybe with a lil luck i get my chance to talk to them in home or concert, with knowledge how it is as opposed t how i read it or how it was taught
A good week t y bud, back t rec mode for me.I,ll post y again from Andalucia in Aug.Next week is looking like a work/sleep week & after i have t wrap up what i,ve recorded to let my mind settle for 3 weeks of chill with Tura "The better half" lol Good luck with your new tracks yersel.Just one pointer if i may....Key change,s, work on that more, pitch axis or whatever,Y got the touch, feel, ideas & the gear, milk it more!
Take her handy skipper
peace out

I was just checking out some of my excersise equipment man you know me buddy like muscle house sais when i use kung fu and waste the cops expert shape they say.Anyways i have this part(piece) that i had th I.R.A.the irish republican army buy me man they paid well me i own it and run it im the actuall head of it man it,s a York 2001 man all it does is pull down by cable in wide arm grip and close grip it does leg,s to but they only made 3 of them and i really needed it man there no good from the other company that try to mix other weight,s in with them anyways it,s the best it was the last one left when i went over to buy one in the states man it went to the highest bidder i paid 13 000 for it cash from the i.r.a. man then i had an irish friend of mine work for me welll i was in the penitenary to go to the states pick it up and then give it to me for 15 dollars when i got it this thing,s good man it,s frank research man when i was younger my research told me i needed that man so i made sure i had one yr,s ago befor i won another heavyweight belt i use to have it ouside buy a big tree any how we started chaining the dog,s up to that tree and the cover on the bench part got ripped man and i left it ouside all last winter tarped of course ille probably recover the bench with either snowmobile seat cover material if my buddy can give me some reasonable price or use an old tarp that they udse to cover shipment,s of lumber man but i have to put it in the garage this yr for winter and ille use it next year man the best quality of life acan be obtained with this thing man and it only takes 10 minutes per bar man cool hey later wolf2.

Hello Joe,
My wife and I have seen you twice in Sweden, once at Stockholm amusement park "Gröna Lund" and once at Göta Lejon, the G3 tour with Robert Fripp and Steve Vai.
Why oh why oh why is not this G3 performance released????
Please, please, can't you make that tour recordings available?
Since I am a great fan also of King Crimson, this would be an absolute gem to have.
We saw the King Crimson show at "China teatern" on June 6, 2003, an absolute top concert.
So, the combination of you and Robert Fripp was abolutely stunning, especially one part where Robert was doing textures behind your playing (sorry, cannot remeber which song it was).
Best wishes
Anders

JS JS - Hi...where are you working for the summer?
Satriella - I watched the Stairway To Heaven link that you posted...I just didn't say anything about it at the time. ;-) It's a good video though, thanks for sharing it.
"Why do they release albums at different times in different countries.....why not do it all at the same time?"
Sometimes it involves touring schedules, and how they tie into album promotion by the record company. And release dates for similar artists wtihin the same genre play a bit of a role too.
Say you're going to tour the U.S. in April and May, Asia in June, and Europe in July. You'd probably want to release the CD in the U.S. in January or February, right around the time tickets go on sale.
If the CD would be released on the same day in Europe, when tickets go on sale in May and the tour comes through in July, it's more difficult to advertise. "Go see Joe Satriani live, playing songs from the album he released 6 months ago!!!" The buzz just isn't there anymore, and whatever single would have been on the radio at the time of release will be old (Joe doesn't really get radio play, but this is true for bands that do.)...
...Austin...

Hi Satchland...
michelle, about the Meet & Greet, yeah...it was a shame :(
The promoter said to us that Joe had to leave quickly due to personal problems...so he couldn't spend time with us. Hmmm that made me come back to reality thinking that after all Joe is human...Anyway the show was so so fantastic, we had a super time! :-)
Satriella, hehe you noticed it...cool :-)
Alexandre, it's been my pleasure :) sorry to hear about your CD, how would it happen? Enjoy the waves and stay fresh :-) Greetings from Madrid ;-)
bahduh, you have mail :-)
marimariSRV, you have mail :-)

Welcome home Joe.....hope you're all back safe and sound...I'm sure it's fantastic to get to see the world as you do, but I bet there's nothing quite like home...and congratulations on a wonderful tour where old and new fans fell in love with you and your music for the first time, or all over again....
A question to the cosmos....
why is it that only time heals your heart when it's broken in millions of pieces...there should be another cure. :(
