Jason --

Glad to hear your Mum's feeling better. I wish her all the best.

Satriella, Ken and anybody else that might be interested in what I've been up to --

Here's the link to my web site. Have fun! I've been working on it for like... eighteen months or something. I still need to get the mailing list going and some kind of forum (I'll never beat this one though...lol).

I've also been working on a web site with my brother. It's actually his site and you can see him in the videos. It's planed to be an educational guitar portal. You can check it out here. It's all still pretty much in the works and...err.... sorry it's in Croatian so you probably won't be able to read any of it. We're planning to launch it in English in the future though.

It's primarily aimed at local guitarists for now. We figured it would be really helpful since there isn't anything like it on the web locally.

My brother is also putting the finishing touches on an instructional book for beginner guitarists and we're hoping the site might also help it sell. It's also in Croatian BTW. ;) I designed the cover and all the artwork. Wish us luck with that, guys!

So between all these projects I'm really struggling to find time to practice guitar and plan the next step for myself. I'm really all over the place...LOL... ;) I've managed to record five additional tunes. I guess I can call it an EP now. But there is still a lot of room for these ideas to grow, not to mention room for my playing to grow. There are still a lot of ideas roaming around in my head which are meant to make these existing ones a lot better. I just need to find the time.

There you have it!... busy busy busy...

I'll be around...

Peace & Love everybody

k...that was nice of yer dad to get you a prezzie like that...he needs a hug....

As for your kitty, do some internet research....it isn't food that makes her drink less....something else could be going on. Do you give her fresh water every day? How about running a lil from the faucet in the bathroom sink or tub....some kitties like to get "drinkies" that way by sticking their paws in the water, plus they are usually fascinated by dripping water....it's entertaining, LOL....

Is her tail healing up from the burn? Or could she have an infection?? There's lots of questions that need answering...and you can start with the internet...but a vet is your best bet. You don't wanna leave her too long with not drinking enough...tiny animals can get dangerously dehydrated very quickly.....

Hi Joe & guys

I feel so stupid, absolutley stupid.. for wanting to go and see Joe while my mums dying. the docs came in and theyre now saying she could have 2 days to 2 months to live, there just not sure. one good thing is she's not in pain, Im thankfull for that.

Joe, I just dunno what to do, what am I to do? I go to the hospital , with her all day, and come home after her dinner time trying to feed her, but she wont eat anything, they want to put drips into her etc but dad doesnt want to, cause all it will do is prolong this dementia and we have agreed its not what we want for her. now she's just breathing again. sometimes muttering something but we cant make out what she's saying. poor mum. I know the day is close. It took me 4 years to get over my best friend who died of luekemia (spell) just dont know how Im going to handle mum dying.

I just feel stupid by posting here sometimes, thinking she's going to pull out of this . but she's not..

I just dunno any more, just so frustrated. Some times I just want to scream at the world, trash all my guitars and say to hell with it all.. But theres no point in that. I just have to deal with all this. some how.find a way, family have been good and strange about it all. I think my sister and I are the closest to mum, my brother who's in his 50's (im 36) is very quiet and very abrut in talking about it.

Its going to be tough , like I said Joe, I just dont know what I'm gonna do..

one thing I know even just putting on your dvd's or your cd's some of the ballads are so great at this time...

Sorry guys , Im just so down at the moment,

Hey Aussiergman - We don't mind you posting your feelings....you just go ahead......its good therapy for you....you are on a real rollercoaster at the moment and we feel for you.

Joe Satrini - Awwww nice to see you giving Steve such a big hug!!

Cronumber9 - thanks for the update the site is great....really love the layout.....hmmmm maybe better to email you as you are so busy and not here very often.....

WARNING......I may have to draw you!

Mikesb - This needs to be gigged, and people are hungry for guitarists again – we here at alloutguitar attracted 300 plus to our little festival a few weeks ago in middle England with ease, so the audience is out there. Perhaps doing it as a travelling UK version of G3, with the opening act the hottest local guitarist, the middle act another hot guitarist and then Guthrie would help guarantee attendance

thanks for that and I couldn't agree more with the above!

hmmmmmm people....don't cha just hate unanswered questions! They play on your mind and drive you nuts!

hahahahaha you have to watch this!!!!

Some people just get whats coming to them

http://www.boreme.com/boreme/funny-2006/car-stolen-p1.php

Be warned....don't try that at home!

Hugs Satriella xx

AussieRGman.................... Lossing or to have lost a family member or a close friend is probably one of the hardest things in life to have to go through. Keep everybody you love around you ( including us fello Satch fans maybe ) around you as much as possible, Its always good to talk and we are all good listerns. I always turn to Music to help me through hard times. My thoughts and love are with you at this time.

Jason --

I think nothing anyone can say can make what's going on go away. We can only try to make it easier. So here's my feeble attempt.

I strongly believe that there are absolutely no coincidences in life. Everything happens for a reason. My everyday experiences continue to back up that notion. What we naturally want to do is to control all of that to happen in our favor and in favor of the people we love. But sometimes we are only observers who are meant only to learn from those events. And those are the times that hurt the most.

One of my favorite writers Paulo Coelho put it best in a recent article. It's an excerpt from a conversation with his spiritual master and there is a lot of truth in this part. His spiritual master says:

“God uses loneliness to teach us about living together. Sometimes he uses anger so that we can understand the infinite value of peace. At other times he uses tedium, when he wants to show us the importance of adventure and leaving things behind.

“God uses silence to teach us about the responsibility of what we say. At times he uses fatigue so that we can understand the value of waking up. At other times he uses sickness to show us the importance of health.

“God uses fire to teach us about water. Sometimes he uses earth so that we can understand the value of air. And at times he uses death when he wants to show us the importance of life.”

You can read the entire article here or here.

I don't know if this will help but it's the best that I can do, as I can't really put myself in your shoes.

I will continue to pray for you guys. Stay strong!
