Blaze was nowhere near as powerful.

I certainly don't envy Blaze's position of having to replace such a great singer. He did the best he could, and had a lot of balls in accepting that job.

But....I am glad that Bruce is back. ;-)

I also got a recent email from Steve Vai's mailing list......Billy and Tony won't be accompanying him on the upcoming European tour, but they do have their own project cooking. That combination of players is a killer band.

gotta have joe - for shading ur prolly best using a selection of pencils, or charcoal maybe, that can be quite nice and smooth. it depends what size and how much detail your putting into it. i use Derwent pencils, i invested in a nice full set of 9h to 9b pencils (i think american system has different scale, over here 9h is really hard an 9b is the softest) but i rarely use more than my 2b (a little softer than average)

cheese - im glad you like it !! i really dont know about the copyrighting. tbh im fine with u using it for somethin personal, an can send u a higher res image of either the drawing or the edited cover (hopefully joe might consider it for a real album, that would jus be unbelievable) I suppose it should be copyrighted to somextent, i would like to be able to make a living from illustration in the future, but im not sure what the deal is as i used a picture that is prolly copyrighted to some degree, and its joe's likeness (or almost) so he might have some say over it too =s
