climber, sorry about your knee. That sucks hard. Just take it easy and don't rush it, cause that will just cause more pain and swelling. Well, now you can read all those books and mags you've been putting off, and you can learn to be an ace solitaire player. Hope you're feeling better soon.
McFee, I'm hanging in there, ty. Crisis already this morning, but it's all part of the deal. She'll be okay. Me on the other hand, I can feel the gray hairs coming. lol!

Hey Joe - Your show in Chicago was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, even though I waited and waited and wiated to hear "Ten Words." LOL Next time - ok? I just wanted to thank you for taking a few moments to talk with me an my son, Oscar, in the hotel lobby. It was God's blessing to put us in the same place at the same time! Oscar has been studying guitar for eight years and as we said is thinking of checking out Berklee school of Music in Boston. I can't tell you what a huge impact you made by taking the time to talk with us for a few moments even though you were tryining to get to your room! As a mother, that impacted me the most, that you were kind enough to give a little of your time to my son who is a HUGE FAN. He studies your material and that of Steve Vai for hours upon hours each day. My husband and I have a local band and he is already sitting in on some of the songs that we perform. Anyway, we were both so excited to see you that we forgot to do the typical picture and autograph "thing!" LOL Anyway, thanks again for being not only a great musician but a great person as well! Take care. Renee

Russian woman sets fire to ex-husband's penis
MOSCOW (Reuters) - A woman set fire to her ex-husband's penis as he sat naked watching television and drinking vodka, Moscow police said on Wednesday.
Asked if the man would make a full recovery, a police spokeswoman said it was "difficult to predict".
The attack climaxed three years of acrimonious enforced co-habitation. The couple divorced three years ago but continued to share a small flat, something common in Russia where property costs are very high.
"It was monstrously painful," the wounded ex-husband told Tvoi Den newspaper. "I was burning like a torch. I don't know what I did to deserve this."

Woman rejects ballpark marriage proposal
You know things are wrong in Astro-land when even a wedding proposal can't go off smoothly.
During Monday night's 7-0 loss to the Nationals at Minute Maid Park, a fan failed in his public attempt at asking his girlfriend to marry him, the Houston Chronicle reported on its Web site.
With the couple on display on the stadium's jumbotron, the male fan got down on one knee to present the ring. The woman, wearing a replica Astros jersey, appeared to dump a bag of popcorn on the man before hastily making her way up the stairs amid a chorus of boos, the newspaper reported.
The man left after the top of the sixth inning, cheered and consoled by an apparently sympathetic crowd.
"If it was an act, she put on a good one," Astros manager Phil Garner was quoted as saying after the game. "She looked totally surprised and then totally mad. We couldn't even get a proposal right down here tonight.
"We lead the league in marriage proposals, and we couldn't get that one right tonight."

I have to say that Saturday at the Hyde Street Studios was absolutely incredible. The best concert I have ever attended hands down!! I feel privileged to be a part of that special night and will never forget it. Thanks to Joe and everyone else involved for putting on such a special event. I haven't put up any pics or video...not real tech savvy on that stuff?
I'm still on a musical high every time I watch the videos I took (every day since) - Crushing Day, Echo and Flying In A Blue Dream. I also want to thank Joe for taking the time to meet everyone and sign autographs after the show. Kevin

gruskada - So far I got two responses from them both telling me that both products have been discontinued which makes no sense at all considering they just issued a press release on July 27. 2007 for the chrome dome picks. They also list both items on there website giving the impression that you can buy them. It's messed up. There was a phone number listed in the press release and I intend to call them tomorrow and figure this out.

Ovation 1: I hope your out at work and not in dire straights in Japan after that last temblor. Maybe the links are just not back up yet, but when you can, give us all a word! Michelle: Hang in there. I know it's been tough as of late but it'll get better. I'm working now trying to get it together for x-mas. MariMari: You hang in there too! Steven broke his leg falling at his apt. He's okay but has no one to ferry him around. Things will get better for him too. Besides, he needs a vacation. LOL
