What's up with "Screaming Head" - credited to Joe Satriani on "Guitar Greats, vol 1". The lead is DT-type keyboards. There is an absolutely wicked solo at 3:40, but it doesn't seem like the whole song should be credited to Joe - unless he's REALLY taken a change in direction...
EDIT - nevermind - from Magna Carta's Web site:
" 5. Joe Satriani - “Screaming Head”
from Jordan Rudess’ “Rhythm Of Time” MA-9068"
Yahoo Music Unlimited has no mention of Rudess, nor does Amazon.com - weak.

Cap Steve- very observant of you... no wasn't in school today, as have a rather marvellous sinus and ear infection, and my head feels like someone hit me over the head with a hammer. Think I am just run down and catching every germ going at the moment!
Apart from that, things are great...! How's things with you?
Got the newest Dream Theater CD for my birthday a week or two back, also a dvd I've wanted for a while- Black Label Society's European Invasion... love that.

Hi Joe, below find a page from our school program for tomorrow's assembly in my school..I plan on blasting Ten Words as the children go on stage. Then they will recite a spoken word poem that was created while listening to your beautiful and moving song....I copied and pasted parts of the brochure for you......it is for International Peace Day... a celebration of peace.....THANKS for being the inspiration...and bringing the gift of music to my students.....Smiles, illuminata

It is our hope that through the Pinwheels for Peace project, we can make a public visual statement about their feelings about peace, tolerance, cooperation, harmony, unity and, in some way, maybe, awaken the public and let them know what the next generation is thinking. Peace can take on a different meaning, but, in the end, it all comes down to a simple definition: a state of calm and serenity, with no anxiety, the absence of violence, freedom from conflict or disagreement among people or groups of people in our home, in our schools, in our community and in our world!
