i really appreciate your mentioning our country, the Philippines, in your July 2007 Guitar World interview. Even though it may have only been a casual remark from you, still, it meant a lot to me--a local (and loyal) follower of your great work.

A G3 tour in the Philippines may just be a wild fantasy for all of us fans here; but, at least, we could live it vicariously. And your reference to our country in that interview made me feel that one way or another.

Of course, i still hope and pray that you will ACTUALLY visit us soon in the future.

Shredguy...i couldn't agree more about Talk to me!! I wish Joe would release a lot of that rare stuff. It would make me very happy indeedy!

I think it would be great for Joe to re-release it even though it should've been on Time Machine it didn't make it because the tape it was originally recorded on was defective so i guess Joe thought it would be ripping us off to release it if he thought it sounded bad...however if you have checked out Roo's Satriani collection on the net he has a copy of Joe's first e.p. and i emailed him to ask how he managed to get a copy to which he replied "Joe had his management send me a copy!" So if Joe or Joe's management have the means to give out a copy of this very rare e.p. then why not take the version of Talk to me from the vinyl ? I'm sure with all today's technology the sound could be spruced up and all spiffy and clean!

Come on Joe!!! Why not do that? Maybe a compilation of rare and live stuff? I would love it Joe if you released something like that coz some of my personal faves of your songs i've never heard live and it would be so cool if you was to release a compilation of rare stuff, and as i've already suggested why not a new version of Talk to me?

Well two actually! A new version just like the original with just you and your guitar and a full band version which would be totally rockin!

These are the sort of things i am after to make my own ultimate rare Joe compilation for my very own listening pleasure! If they was to make it onto a Groovy Joe rare compilation cd and be officially released that would just be THE BEST THING EVER!!!

Talk to me (original) which i am lucky enough to have on cd but a new remastered version would be out of this world!!!

Nascar soundtrack

Rare Joe stuff (Tumble, the track he did exclusively for Guitarist magazine in 1998 which has earned the title from floating around on the net... Heart of the sun cuz the article in the magazine showing a picture of Joe just getting warmed up and ready said "Joe Sets the controls for the heart of the sun" which is a Pink Floyd song.

Live recordings of songs like Is there love in space, Crushing day, and i think Joe could Play Why live and still make it sound awesome! or maybe use a harmonizer like on Super Colossal? He could do it!

How about it Joe? This could make a bumper package for any serious fan of your strange beautiful music!

Sandy, when you get a root canal, they put a temporary filling in. Your supposed to go back to your dentist in about 2 weeks and get a "real" filling, then spend an assload on a cap or crown to protect the tooth. It's madness I tells ya! I didn't have any milkshakes yet, but having one would be heaven. lol!

T-bone, I love that video! When I first heard Steve ask for a nail bar, I almost fell out my chair laughing.

Another pissed off kid has gone to school in Ohio and shot up the place wounding 4 and killing himself. The big talk isn't about how he was raised or how his peers treated him or mistreated him, or even the possibility of a mental illness. The big talk is that he wore black Goth clothes and had on a Marilyn Manson t-shirt. Another bad rap for the goth kids - which are some of the nicest, coolest kids around. Jeffrey Dahmer wore "normal" clothes. So did Ted Bundy. People focus on the wrong thing out of fear of the unknown. It's sad.
