Hey !im not doing to much i bet like even donny couldnt and cant believe i body build and look that good with just my set of 70 dollar sears weiders no shit people ask me all the time how much does it cost too look like that!some people ask me about gyms and stuff i say hy man i look this way from my weider weights no shit! the best 70 bucks i ever spent it,s just that the set is heavy like their 6 fifteen pounders with two 10 pounders like you have to use other small weights to build up to the weider lift ,with weider you can be a s strong as you want is their moddow but anyways i was so weak when i first started i couldnt even bench press 20 pounds i was using two bare bars for my free spirit dumbells slowly increasing then dumbell bench press to get me to the weiders when donny seen me buil i was bench pressing sixty then that wasnt enough so i took it to 80 pounds plus the bar as i kept doing 80 pounds on the bench press it wanted the whole set 110 i never put the whole set on i just know that it wants and can do it!i curl weider 30 each arm bech press 110 pound barbell curl60 pound dumbell row 30 pound sidearm bend 30 pound you have to use smaller weight to get to the weider sizes so i used free spirit steel dumbells you see alot of people are confused and would just buy like a set of york where they had smaller weight yorks are no good they cause puniminc problems air whole in the chest and arm muscles anyways and thats right weider chics i own all the thuggerrs at wedier but thats how good i look donny just off a 70 dollar set of sears weiders!no shit!later wolf2 fouckn huge hey?they build nice!later wolf2.

Someone told me your four all time fave Joe tracks are:

Woodstock jam

Im being serious, everybudy thats what i use assk the cop chics man i have only ever used weiders mani know you look at me and go like it probably costs alot to look like that exspenssive weights serious gym whatever man i got lucky after i got out of prison my set of weiders was missing my half brother stole and sold them i opened up the sears catalouge they their were so i called sears they only had one box left and people were bidding on them i paid 667 dollars for my first set until weider made them more no shitthe last few years is the first for the bench press under own the police force i had to wait until i was over 25 years old before i could bench press no lie but hey thats what i use is the weides from sears theirs no instructions so go to the library! and practice it,s the wheel of practice that makes you good at it!i do mine without a spotter like put the whole set of weights on and bench press it 21 times with knowone else here no shit, you just have to make sure like real sure your strong um but their real nicethen i ran out of weights with one set so i had to rder another one from searsi use almost two total sets to workout for 4 months of the year anyways if you are thinking about buying them their real nice and alot of people use them cuz their good!later wolf2.

hey joe, you got any hints or helpful ideas on jazz improv? I'm a freshman at Iowa State University and i just got into a jazz combo with a couple grad students who are amazing musicians. Im predominately a blues guitar player, so i never got into all the theory involved with jazz improv.

You should also think about coming to Iowa sometime. Iowa kinda sucks cause the closest place big acts come to is Chicago. You should come play at the Hilton Collosium in ames, that would be sweet.

Hello again boys and girls...seems I have neglected to make an appearance here for quite some time, which I apologise for :-(

How is everyone, I hope you've all had a good summer?

I'm back at university now for my final year...I'm doing my dissertation on music for films :-). I'm going to learn a shit load this year, I just know it.

Also, I have two new guitars in my arsenal, an limited edition 7-string Epiphone Les Paul (with an EMG in the bridge for some reason) and a discontinued Ibanez SA360EX.

Anyways, I'm going to make a promise to become a regular here again!

Zenny - Man, some of your offerings I like, some I don't quite understand, but I get the impression you express your feelings and emotions rather than produce music for others. I sense a deep unease with life and feel a certain empathy with what I percieve as your troubled soul. Maybe I am talking crap but I genuinely hope you find the peace I think you are looking for.

Hey Marty!!! Congrats on school and yer new guitars!

T-Bones, Finally watching The Great Outdoors and just got to the "two pounder" bat part. lmao!! He walks in the cabin, the bat buzzed him, and he turned around and walked right back out. When they showed up in their "bat suits" and started bat fighting - omfg! I had tears running down my face and I was screaming with laughter! Now that was gad damn funny! Wavey just got home from work and I just rewound it and watched it with him and I got tears runnin' all over again. Holy shit that's feckin' funny! Thanks for the prezzie. I really needed that.

Working dayshift now. Bloody hell man, waking up at 5:30 a.m. really, really, reeeeeeeeeally bites! It doesn't feel like I'll ever get used to it, but I guess I will. Getting done at 3:30 rocks, but I'm to friggin tired to enjoy it yet. lol!

Anyways - hiya peeps!

LOVE YA JOE!
