G'day Satch and band....

My reason for posting i am so excited how awesome is this..

CHAOS IN MOTION AUSTRALIAN TOUR 2008

It’s a case of 8th time lucky for Australian fans of Dream Theater. Following hundreds of petitions in the early 90’s; tens of thousands of emails in the late 90’s and much harassment of band management, agent and local promoters in this current decade; we are finally glad to get this monkey off our back. DREAM THEATER HAS INCLUDED AUSTRALIA ON WORLD TOUR #8!

Not only do we finally get Dream Theater, the band have promised to make up for lost time by bringing their greatest show and a bigger production than they have used anywhere in the world. Australian fans will finally get their moment in the sun after 22 long, agonizing years. The 3 ½ hour epic show will encompass the finest moments from the entire Dream Theater catalogue along with a stunning visual experience that will leave you breathless.

A live reputation matched by no other has swept Dream Theater to arena-status around the globe. Not only has the five-piece resolutely defied both popular trends and fickle public tastes throughout its career, but Dream Theater's sound and approach is more vibrant, powerful and wide-ranging than ever. They seamlessly encompass the many varieties of heavy, epic, punishing complex rock that has drawn legions of fans to the band's monumental catalog of releases and dynamic, marathon live shows.

Australian fans have waited what seems like an eternity for this and with their brand new album in tow Dream Theater ‘is guaranteed to find a way to blow your world apart’ Kerrang

I am so pumped yihaaaaaaaaaa cant wait cant sleep cant stop smiling ... :) :) :) :) :)

one does not accumulate but eliminate. It is not daily increase but daily decrease. The height of cultivation always runs to simplicity.

And um nope! their just normal weights! anyways on my first set when they first came out one of my 10 pounders the plastic cracked i reported it! anyways with good filled weights you ever watch the excersise progranes on t.v back in the 90,s it,s called turn a 10 so i bought another set but i cant afford to use one crack 10 when funtioning two sets so i take one ten off and one ten on i just brought all my weights inside for the winter so i have 3 10 pounders it appears as the problem is fixed now so were goodit looked like it was filled two much !like the vinyl was too tight like you can test to see how much clearance their is in the vinyl anyways they deliver a realy nice body man it keeps me about 11 times better then other people that workout! anyways later wolf2

Joe…

Hummmm…. I really can’t decide what the set list is going to be like… I would like it to be really mixed up…. Material from, SFB, ITLIS, SC. But as we missed out on the Surfing anniversary tour I would love to hear all of that… Crushing Day, Hill Of The Skull….ext…. One thing is sure whatever the set list…. I am sure it’s going to be a blast…

Any Hint’s??????

Take Care, Dave

zenfish allthough i never reach the velocities of mr slansh , i agree with him.. i am as fast as i need to be for any musical situation i need to be in. I have not used a pic in like 6 months. i am more about tone these days , as non guitar players can tell good tone , they dont care about technique. after experimenting . a mix of plec and fingers works best for me.. good luck in your search
