Cube: You lucky guy.... I can't wait to hear Dave & his band. Hopefully they'll be doing some gigs East Coast stateside soon. *hint*hint* ;-)

SteveeT: Have faith my friend...... Overwhelmed is my middle name. :-/ We shall both cross the Red Sea, with a little help from above. :)

Ovation: So nice to see you my friend!! Miss you much Mickey.....

Amir: thanks ;-)

Michelle: My pleasure. Anything I can do to help..... I know what it's like.

Satriella: Uber kuul you heard back from Paul Gilbert..... I'm sure you must still be hovering as we speak. Stay Lucky girlie! ;-)

Slans: I have my bohita "belladonna" CD playing....haven't listened in a while. Good Stuff! I just LOVE "Colour's Bride".

I got a postcard from one of my former patients..... She just completed a Marathon in San Francisco for Team Leukemia & Lymphoma. She is an inspiration to me..... I had made a donation to help support her training and the Leukemia & Lyphoma Society. This helps me get up and go to work evreyday, I do help some people.( It's tough when I lose patients that I've connected with)...... I remember what it's like to have No purpose. I'm learning lesson every day... how to be a better person.

Since I've been on my hiatus I've been exploring "Inner Space". I've had my eyes opened to the situation in Tibet. The Dali Lama was recently awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor by Prez. Bush. Very impressive an a tad risky for the US. He is more than deserving! The Dali Lama was in my area recently but I was unabble to hear him speak. He is an AMAZING Human Being.... I've been learning about Buddism, I'll always be a Christian but I have room in my heart/mind for all great things.....It's amazing what comes to you if you are "open". ;)

I saw 2 great documentary's about Tibet & the Dali Lama. It's quite an eye opening lesson. " Kundun" and "Tibet- Cry Of The Snow Lion" are powerful and enlightening. I encourage everyone to watch them. I would be very interested to hear your thoughts.... Over 1.3 million Tibetians have died and 6,300 Monestaries have been destroyed. I never knew this had happened. It makes me ashamed to know the the US & the World turned their backs in the 80's. I will TRY to make a difference in the future....

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

All I can say is "FREE TIBET"

Peace.

~mari~~

MarimariSRV:

A few years ago I saw those 2 documentaries about the Dalai Lama and Tibet, indeed, the Dalai Lama is a wonderful man. I'm inspired by his wisdom, intelligence, humor and simplicity. I just recently saw "10 Questions for the Dalai Lama" by Rick Ray. I guess you would like to see this film too? The movie has a beautiful soundtrack. Great music for meditation and visualisations. I just love the sounds of the Tibetan bowls, maybe something for Jeff to experiment with? :-)))

Love, Eve

Good Morning Satchland......How's everyone ?

"Britian's have talent" Simon Cowell is known to tell it like it is. Check him out before and after this contestant. This shows a side of Simon you NEVER see. David and Goliath come to mind here.

Meet Connie as she chops Simon down to size.

Mari..... I see you too. How ya ben'? It's great to hear from you. I'm so happy for you. I'm impressed with your work. How do you find the time to work, play and go to shows to photograph these artist? Hugs to you always.

Have A Great Day Everyone ! ! ! ! !

I'd buy the zoom pedal if there was a store where I could test it first!!! It's a 100 bucks cheaper than the POD X3...

I tested it and I was pretty surprised :)...it's got nothing to do with the old Zoom pedals. The only thing that keeps me back is this new expression pedal on it...especially when it comes to expression pedals.Felt pretty sturdy in general though. It's also got two tubes in it boosting up the signal.

Funny thing is I started looking for something small, cheap and practical cause I didn't have money, then these gigs came up and now I have enough money to afford something like that
