Mrs Cube : hi. I'm just wondering.. does a mrs cube get 6 faces as a mr cube? How do Cubes make love? They use all the faces or just some.. Just kidding..

Jblaze : good job.

Brice : Tes analyses représentent un effort louable. Quant à être d'accord ou pas, c'est un autre débat. J'espère que tes projets personnels se réalisent bien.

Hello Joe and or everybody, Does anyone know if all the premium passes for shows are sold out in Europe? I cannot seem to find the red-premium ticket links for purchase, any reply is appreciated. Sincerely a music fan in Canada

It seems to be for me a little difficult in reading the chat messages/replies here. So therefore, I'll make it to Seattle cd release and then perhaps somewhere in Europe. Until then; Rock&Roll

HI Zenfish !!!

Bon français ou angliche ? Allez, angliche...

I'm happy with this new album, really ! I did not expected that, but it's solid, and not that easy to conceive, I think... What are your statements so far ?

My personal projects work very fine ! We are goin to record an album in May (résidence de 10 jours en Bretagne), with Chugga Chugga , the rock band I'm Guitarist/Singer in (the videos speak more than the audio, if you want to take a look).

We've got a big project that is beginning to enter in production phase. It's a franco-korean production musical and it's a rock adaptation of Puccini's Tosca, with dancers, singer, video, somptuous scenery and all the stuff. Planned to be created in Seoul, maybe in 2009. I'm writing the music with a pianist friend.

I just joined a jazz/classical quintet, with a strange formula : classical guitar, electric guitar, classic cello, electric cello and drums, with the french guitarist Yan Vagh. Very funny ! The goal is to rearrange classical themes from Bach to Messiaen in funny ways.

I still play once in a week with a cover rock band in Paris, Dogtown.

Cheers ! Beedoo

Lookin forward to upcoming Satchafunk/mysterions CD, hopefully 10 tracks will have no lyrics; which is what makes JS & comp. unique. Finally picked up the Legacy DVD remaster "Surfin" combo, the jacket booklet was informative for sure; never knew "Hill of the skulls" had a reference to the crucifixtion, not to mention the DVD at Montreux...your on at midnight JS! Recently played LOUD for a party the 2 DVDs ; the 2000 San Fran performance, & then the 2006 Anaheim performance...JS & comp get better & better with each year. Jeff Campitelli is an awesome compliment to Joe. HOPEFULLY, THERE WILL BE A DVD OF THE UPCOMING EUROPEAN TOUR. Hey you'all wanted to let you know I'm not some teen punk. I've heard & seen it all going back to 68. Guitarists like Hendrix, Alvin Lee, Kim Simmons, Richie Blackmore, Jimmy Page, Joe Walsh, Santana, John McLaughlin, Pete Townsend, all early Clapton. The early shredders of rock. But JS is the best, no doubt about it. Lookin kinda Goth in this Proff. Satch / Mysterion type thing. At least the lettering anyway. Later you'all...ooopps, forgot Van Halen.

Mr Satriani,

I need music for a film I am developing and am interested in using approx. half of "A Cool New Way" as a title sequence song.

The film will be an independent student production. I need to know:

1. The price of the section I wish to use 2. the person to contact on this

If you so wish, you will be credited in the closing credits of the film, if you agree.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Regards,

Mike Best

Good Morning Satchland......How Is Everyone ?

We got an 1" of Snow last night.....ARRHHH ! ! ! ! Will this Winter ever end in Chicago?

Sorry I haven't ben' around after getting the flu for 2 weeks I decieded a cold from Hell is what I needed......NOT. Man, I'm never sick and got wolluped this last month. It's really taken a lot out of me. I've had to cancel gigs and rehersals not to mention having to go to work though all of this.

Great News...... I'm picking up a JSX Head tonight from Guitar Center. I can't wait. I heard the combo at low volumes and you can just tell how sweet this amp is. Musician's Friend has about 64 reviews and they all say it's unreal...."best amp they have ever had". I'm very excited about this. Any JSX owners out there.....talk to me. Thanks so much.

Have A Great Day Everyone ! ! ! ! !

JS - I'm in Stittsville, it's just outside of Kanata, near Ottawa. VERY near Ottawa. Whereabouts are you? I'm pretty familliar with "the valley" eh... I spent all my summers growing up in Calabogie, also my Ma lives in Renfrew. You coming to Bluesfest for Zappa Plays Zappa? Don't miss it for the World! I've seen them once before in Toronto at the Hummingbird... simply astonishing show. Just got the DVD's from the last tour... smokin'!

Also, going to Montreal in May for MINISTRY's final show, the CU Latour, gotta catch that, seen the last two tours and they were awesome. This one should be Earth-shattering as well. The Last Sucker is a helluva CD.

Out Of The Sunrise is awesome. I love the new clip...this is definitely my favorite track based on what we've heard so far.

death cube k - Thanks...it's good to be back. :-)

michelle - Thanks for that link. I'll take the survey a little later...I glanced at it and the questions are more black and white than I would have hoped. So I need to be more awake than I am right now to take it, haha.
js1200js1000 - What kind of car did you get?
cheese101 - I'm a few hours past his birthday now, but what's Joe's favorite Satch song? I'll play it today...
