Happy Birthday cheese! (can't wait 'till sunday, no not 'cause I like easter, but 'cause it's MY birthday that day :D!) Nice Video's Wench! Echo is such a brilliant song. But heck, FIABD is also great :P. Joe just rocks! Looks like you had quite the view.

Wench- url="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bh9yovTqno4" I just learned how to do this last night. Right click on the URL and select copy then come back here. Right click again and select paste. As far as making it highlite I'm not sure how you do it.

I like the PSATMOR samples...it's early so I don't want to say too much, especially without having heard the album in its entirety. But there will definitely be a lot of stuff here that I like. But I wonder if I'll get the feeling I've had with some of the more recent Satch albums, where it seems like one album sounds like two or three half-finished albums, as far as the musical ideas are concerned.

We'll see...

andy of uk - Joe described a project with Sammy Hagar as ongoing? Really? That'd be awesome, but I'd be a bit surprised...I thought all of that was over and done with once Planet Us never really got off the ground.

DIGUIT123 - "I can get it to stay up sometimes for about 2 Satch songs, then it gets loose and it falls down again. Now it will just slip in and out, and i dont think thats suppose to happen."

Sorry, I don't have any suggestions on how to help...but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to quote this, out of context of course.

To answer your question about the Guitar Center tour, you can probably expect about 20-30 minutes of music (IJWR and a few other new songs along with classics like AWMAWY and FIABD) and then a meet and greet with everyone. The length of that depends on how many people show up, but you can probably figure at least 2 or 3 hours for the entire crowd to get to spend a moment with Joe.

You can of course show up early, but you won't have any access to Joe until everyone else does...I bet the meet and greet part of things will start at around 7 p.m.

aussieRGman - Yeah? Happy Birthday!
cheese101 - Happy Birthday to you as well... :-)
Wench - Awesome...thanks for sharing those videos.
gtrhack - "seems like if you don't post here often, noone will pay any attention to you or answer your questions"

...? That couldn't be further from the truth.

...Austin...

I can't stop watching that "Echo" vid, freakin' awesome. That's gotta be the greatest "last song on the album" of all time. Love the way it's evolved over the years. Like a fine wine it just gets better with age. Joe of the six strings when will you return to Florida?

Slansh
Talking abour beers,
I've been to Prague a few days, and I discovered Staropramen beer. As I already knew Pilsner Urquell and Budweiser, I though having made the great discovery of czech beers...only to find out when I came back to BCN that you can find it easily here in supermarkets (for instance Mercadona)
Nevertheless, is Estrella what you normally find in my fridge.

Cosmic- Just called the West Palm Beach Guitar Center. They said they don't know anything about it (go figure). The guy took my name and number and said he would call me back when he knows something.

Prof. Satch-Too bad you won't be coming to the WPB store. It would be a real honor to have you here Joe (hint). The weather is really nice this time of year(hint). Besides your cuz lives here in Jupiter. You could see him and let us see you at the same time. Just a passing thought. Hope it won't fall on deaf ears.LOL

Wizard - dude... if you like Slan's playing, order the CD from him when you get some spare dosh... he is simply off the scale.. I especially love the Back Prelude that ends up turning into some psychotic gypsy thing.. not only amazing playing, but a wonderful sense of humour in there too..
hahaaa... the details are nice and gory... very cool....

mikesb - hey bro how's it going..... what you been up to...
jblaze - tell ya something bro... your production is wonderful... sounds like you've been really working hard at those aspects.... and rightly so.. crappy production will kill the best song ever totally stone dead...
be proud of this stuff... it's really very nice.. and superbly done..
joe satrini - dude... I'll be making lots of noise...
actually, Curse of the 9th are playing in London on May 30th...
Matt - k.... crack on with the moon stuff.... and I still want a pint of what you're drinking... lol...
Slan - to be honest, I'm not a big fan of my own singing either... but no one seems to be complaining so I figured f--k it.. someone's gotta do the job I guess.. lol..

Clarky- Figured you'd get a kick out of that little yarn. Yeah that slan stuff is smokin'. I also told everyone you were on Blue Bossa Phoenix as well. Nothing but praise man. The two of you should do more together. The styles offset eachother very nicely. As far as cashflow goes the Ovation kinda tapped me out. I'm a house painter by trade and the immigration thing along with the economy has really taken it's toll. Thre's just no work. Well enough bellyaching at least I've got 5 guitars to keep me sane. There's folks out there with alot less than I have, so I got no right to complain. BTW got any new cadences for me to brainfry on. I'm still not 100% on the German 6's but I'm scraping my way through it. Thanks CUL8R.
