Question to all who have heard a lot of the new album: Does it remind you of any of Joe's older ones and why?

Reason I ask is because I've been holding back from watching/listening to anything....Alright, Alright EXCEPT i just wanna rock :)....and the anticipation is killing me.... Opinions on if this album is an Extremist/Crystal Planet kind of album, more like a Love in Space/Colossal album, or something new altogether?

ONLY 2 MORE DAYS till it drops!!!! _Jammer!!

major jumping round the room yesterday

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PSATMOR came yesterday.......

Oh my word the live versions of Ice9 and Crushing Day....are just completely awesome, Ice9 has so many added parts and its fantastic....crushing day is just awesome, surfing is great too, Galen standing in the middle of the stage, I have never seen such a thing! LOL

HAHAHAHA Joe covered in tin foil....bacojoe! FRAMTONE

Wow....seeing Joe Drumming too...thats a new one.

JOE,

Thats a good point you make about playing/writing a song sitting down, then not being able to play it standing up, phew mighty glad Crushing Day didn't get binned because of that!

Please explain....

One shall be the number?

& Its time to do the Wang Dang Doodle?

HAHA is that a new T-shirt for Jeff or just an old one? I notice he was wearing the same one, throughout.

Oh and I definately wouldn't give up your day job to play bacofoil football hehe

TOTALLY LOVING THE WHOLE ALBUM ITS FANTASTIC!

I thought when I saw the title Asik Vaysel...hmmmmm dont like the sound of that....but it totally Rocks!

Thank you Joe!

Twas a day of musical highs and lows yesterday.

I took the car to the garage, and found an album that I was just about to buy again coz its been lost for at least 6 months, so that was great, and believe me I have scanned and hunted in the car a thousand times for it. HIGH!

Then I am out most of the morning, Pick up the car and when I get home there is PSATMOR in the kitchen! MEGA HIGH!

Get three quarters through it, then have to take my son somewhere, so have to drag myself away. LOW!

Get to the place and see a guy I met at a friends dinner party who plays awesum guitar, so I was telling him that he must get Joes new album, and he points out a guy who loves Joe, so I am talking to him and he points out a kid (18-20) who also loves joe. Later on that kid, Chris/Roy, is talking to my son so I start talking bout Joe and how I am going to see him and Paul, turns out he is also a mega Paul and Steve fan, even knowing about Yellow Matter Custard and the Rush and Zep tribute and Mr Big....also is a John Petrucci fan and was at the same Dream Theatre gig as we were last year, except he was standing at the front! HIGH

Go to Tescos, notice on the way in that the guitar clock on my bag has the glass all smashed. LOW

Come out of Tesco's and my wooden guitar on my bag snaps in half. LOWER.

Get home, Watch the DVD and listen to the album HIGH!!!!!

Boingy

Hugs to all and enjoy the album....oh yes you will indeedy!!!

The Why's of Men

1. WHY DO MEN BECOME SMARTER DURING SEX? (because they are plugged into a genius)

2. WHY DON'T WOMEN BLINK DURING SEX? (they don't have enough time)

3. WHY DOES IT TAKE 1 MILLION SPERM TO FERTILIZE ONE EGG? (they don't stop to ask directions)

4. WHY DO MEN SNORE WHEN THEY LIE ON THEIR BACKS? (because their balls fall over their butt-hole and they vapor lock)

(You're laughing, aren't you?!?!)

5. WHY WERE MEN GIVEN LARGER BRAINS THAN DOGS? (so they won't hump women's legs at cocktails parties)

6. WHY DID GOD MAKE MEN BEFORE WOMEN? (you need a rough draft before you make a final cop y)

7. HOW MANY MEN DOES IT TAKE TO PUT A TOILET SEAT DOWN? (don't know.....it never happened)

( C'mon guys, we laugh at your blonde jokes!)

And the personal favorite: 8. WHY DID GOD PUT MEN ON EARTH? (because a vibrator can't mow the lawn)

Remember, if you haven't got a smile on your face and laughter in your heart...Then you are just an old sour fart!

One for the ladies

One day my housework-challenged husband decided to wash his Sweat-shirt Seconds after he stepped into the laundry room, he shouted to me, "What setting do I use on the washing machine?" "It depends," I replied. "What does it say on your shirt?" He yelled back, " University of Oklahoma ."

And they say blondes are dumb

In Pharmacology, all drugs have two names, a trade name and generic name. For example, the trade name of Tylenol also has a generic name of Acetaminophen. Aleve is also called Naproxen. Amoxil is also called Amoxicillin and Advil is also called Ibuprofen.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as a mixer. It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink, and it gives new meaning to the names of cocktails, highballs and just good old-fashioned stiff drink. Pepsi will market the new occasion by the name of: Mount & Do.

PhilTheMetalhead - Well, my crazy work schedule probably makes it easy for me to talk to T2Jers who live in Europe. I just now got home from work, and your day is just starting. So maybe I'll make a habit of checking the chat room more often at this time of night (for me).

cheese101 - So, you have the book? What are your thoughts so far?
Crystal Jammer - Based on the samples and the podcasts I'd say the album has a SBM vibe. In addition to that, it sounds like there are hints of older and newer Satch in roughly equal amounts. I bet you'll be pleased with the album.

...Austin...

Joe : Diddle-y-a-Doo-Dat..

Talking about attack onto guitar rock under the sign of blue, there's for me 5 essential ones:

Beck, evh, srv, malmsteen & you.

After, a perfume of frippitonic can be welcome.

This also means that hendrix was here before srv, & alvin lee before malmsteen.

It's very subjective, of course.

Peace to you.

Hi to Joe and the joey's (satch fans).
What great news to see Joe coming back to the Land Down Under.
Now I have more to spend the money I don't have on, but I'm just not prepared to miss it.
Wow, This has been great, Just seen / meet Paul Gilbert at an instore function. 2.5 hours of Paul and Backing tracks with the bonus of hand written exercises from Paul given to everyone present.
A Couple of weeks ago I took the family to the Ozzy Osbourne Concert in Sydney where Zakk Wylde was playing his new ZV Gibson this beast is a cross between a SG and a Flying V (I want One).
And now Joe's back.
Life is Good!!!
