Hi Joe,

Well, as always as soon as I start hearing you I have to start drawing you! LOL

Here is a very quick one I did last night....

http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2428738600084221824DZKwvq

Hope you like it!

I just love drawing you, you just have a great look and I always enjoy drawing you, obsessed, well, maybe, but I think if you love the subject, it just makes the whole process more enjoyable. I bit like the difference on guitar I suppose to playing scales or your favourite tune, which one are you gonna naturally pick up and play with a smile on your face?

Its the same with drawing, if I am drawing a charactor I dont really know, it's OK, sometimes labourious, but when I am drawing you I have a smile on my face and I love it!

alexandrecaetano.......watched the video, good to see you playing, sounds fabulous, you are doing so well!

cosmicdebriz - dont know if it was just my computer, but couldn't get the page to come up on the addy you gave?

ibanezguitars - You are right actually, it is a stonkingly good track! Yes very possibly my favourite, but I think you need a good 10 listens before you can really tell, and I bin very busy...boo hoo, but I am going on a long road trip on Friday...YAY! ....PSATMOR all the way LOL

Big Bunny - Yep I got the DVD, its great, seeing Joe wrapped in tin foil is a sight to see!

Hugs to all Satriella xx

To Anyone That Can Help:

I am going to start to pick up the guitar. I am 20 and go to Arizona State University where I study Accounting... I know, what the hell am I doing picking up the guitar, right?

Well, my mother is a piano teacher and I have had a extensive classical music background. I have played the piano since I was 5. I have also played the violin and French horn as well. You can say I have a knack to pick up an instrument.

I am writing to ask a question. Is there any books or any kind of help anyone has to recommend when I start up? If Joe sees this, is there anything he personally recommends, because I will do just about anything he says. I just bought my JS100 and it is on the way, so I am super pumped. If anyone could help me out and give me any instruction on my beginning, I would appreciate that greatly!

Having a background in music, I know I am ready to crack down and get my technique as perfect as possible. I am extremely anxious to get started and I really look forward to learning how to rock.

Thank you for any help,

Trevor

Just received the new CD today. Wow, you just can't judge the material on the small sound bites. Joe's music way to deep and each track has to be listened to as a complete journey, from start to finish. Anyway...don't base your decision on bites, buy the CD,,,it's awesome.

Been listening to this thing all day. Gotta say my favortie right now is "Come On Baby". Can't believe that Joe intially wrote this thing back in 1993 and for whatever reason shelved it. Fifteen long years later it took his young son ZZ to say, "Hey Daddy, what's going on, this is a great tune...lay this thing down, Father...Please!!!! (haha).

Thank you ZZ for a great ear !!!!! This is an absolutely beautifully written piece of music at it's best.

I have to say that love ballads are not some of my favorite, but this one is like......Whoa!!!!!

Who am I to say, but I'm I sure it would be though for Rubina to say she loves her man anymore than she does, but ya gotta think that this one had to raised the "Lovey-Digo-Meter" up a few notches.

Joe,,,Great emotion and great song!!!!

For those right now that are just thinking about getting this CD...don't be foolish,,,buy it and buy it now...definitely very, very good stuff!!!!

Joe, once again, thanks for sharing it with us all.

Hey Joe when we gonna be honored with a performance from your son ZZ . I'm not sure if he feels ready, but can pretty much guarantee that we are!!!!

Hey Satriella, nice one, love the cool shading. You should do a drawing of Joe with a lab coat on and a big break in his hand, like a mad scientist....or should I say...a Professor? Now that would be funny.

I'll be gettin' my copy of PSATMOR asap, got a friend downtown that'll have in in just a few weeks, I'll at least have time to get all the songs memorized before I head over to Rome to see Joe.

See you soon Joe...

SATRIELLA: Really like the latest drawing of Joe...you appear to be getting better and better. I actually have a couple of your drawing hanging up in my guitar room. I believe I'm going to get Joe to sign this one and add to the wall. Great Job!!!

BERGY 16: Find good instructors and then... practice, practice, practice and practice,,,and once you've completed all of that, go ahead and make sure you practice a little bit more. I've personally been playing for over 30 yrs. and even though I've have some great instructors in those years, not much would have worked if I had not!!! Good luck, young man.

Hi Joe, at 51 I must be one of your oldest fans. I think your guitar playing is absolutely amazing. I've been a rocker since 00plonk and my favourite band is Deep Purple, I always thought that Richie Blackmore was the best but after seeing you he's not in the same league. I do hope to see you play in the Uk soon. all the very best

If you purchase the new Joe CD from iTunes - you get an additional track - Ghosts.

Hum, what to do.

I got the new cd in the mail yesterday, but I would like to have Ghosts too.

Great new CD/DVD. Track "Come On Baby" is the most emotional track of Joe Ever!!! I love the tracks from "Joe Satriani" but this one is certainly my favorite.

Yesterday while I was in hospital I was taked to watch the brain death test in a patient ... this guy was a young gentle man I had met a few times..Nikos, was a young man 24yo,non smoker, non drinker ,with the same passion with me Molecural Biology. He is dead after a brain stroke!!!!
While I was coming home the afternon I couldn't stop thinking of what I saw and while I listening to "Come on baby" tears came across my eyes.

The track "Out of the sunrise" is a perfect soundtrack while we drive during the sunrise!
The footage of the DVD.... Very nice.... A lot of fan while recording in the studio!!! Bravo Jon!!

What I didn't like is the "Ghosts" extra track in iTunes. Ok, music business needs some promotional tricks but the fact that you have to buy the full recor in order to get this track is awful. I didn't expect something like that .

Joe , CONGRATULATIONS for your 13th release. Great job! Look forward to see you back in GREECE , maybe next year during a G3 show.

Our love to you and Rubina,

what's included on the dvd?

Just the podcast...or does he actually play all the new songs all the way through?

I've seen him play all the old ones a lot of time and am not interested in that ...but if he plays the new ones, I'm in.
