In just a little over two and a half hours, Joe will be taking the stage in Portugal.....wish we could all be there.

Have a fantastic first show of the tour guys!

Blue_Moon - "Isnt it great when its Summer when you get out ofthe shower without it being freezin?"

I have one better than that...I love taking a HOT shower in the summer and then, at the very end, turning the water ice cold and sticking my head under it for a few seconds...SO refreshing!

Guitarman77897 - I'd go for the Satchurator first...you just might be surprised how much it changes your tone without the JS guitar and amp.
BigBunny - I'd be happy with The Mighty Turtle Head. :-) Your setlist isn't bad at all...that'd be a very cool show to see.

To answer your questions about some of the rare songs, Tumble was an iTunes-only single released with Is There Love In Space? The Eight Steps was a bonus track from Strange Beautiful Music released in Japan, I believe. It was released in the US on Joe's Anthology album, along with Slick (another SBM-era track that hadn't seen a proper US release).

While I'm talking about these, another cool song that didn't make my cut is Dog With Crown And Earring...that one was a Japanese bonus track for Is There Love In Space?

Well, I have more posts to read, but I gotta get going...

...Austin...

Freezing cold showers might be fun if you have hot water also, but when you don't, like I didn't every damn summer of my teen years, it pretty much sucks hard. lol! Brain freeze while trying to get shampoo out of long hair is a given. lol!

I'm with Mc - hot, warm, and maybe even cool, but forget cold! lol!

Just tried a new pedal & immediatly fell in love... & so i bought it.

It's the Maxon Flanger FL301. It cost around 170€, but i got it for only 90€.

Maxon pedals are awesome. Outstanding. Few buttons for an high result.

eheheh.. i love pedal.

No the satchurator shouldn't be that much because Joe said that he didn't want a $200+ pedal so he says it will be around $120 but I'm not sure he gets much say in the price.

But whatever the price I AM BUYING IT!!! XD >.<

Do the Stu- yeah I figured The Satchurator would be first, and it will cost the least.

I am not poor I am just not rich enough to buy a $1200 guitar a $1000 amp and a Professional quality pedal. So the pedal will come first because thats all I can afford.

Well too late i got yelled at by the teacher so I am just going to stay on now XD

So could I get the Satriani signature sound on a JSX mini colossal because it is still a JSX but half the price as the JSX100 signature head.

I NEED $$$$ but don't we all. >.<

Guitarman77897........You're right about the Saturator price. I saw Joe at the recent Guitar Center tour and asked about pricing and availability. Joe said it was going for around $118 still don't when it will be released.

About you're amp question......depends on what you want this amp for. If you're going to use it in clubs.... I'd say it would be a little to small.....for the studio it would be perfect.

For clubs I'd would definetly pick up the combo or the head depending on your needs.....you wont regret it. It's the best sounding tube amp out there for the money period. The JSX is the sweetest amp I've ever owned.

Edit..... You don't have a brother or relitive by the name of Doug by any chance do you?

ROCK!!

I just picked up my copy of Whitesnake's new Good to be Bad album from Best buy. F'ing AMAZING! I thought these guys were dead! HA! This makes up for my disappointment on Joe's new album. This is the kind of straight forward kick ass rock that I thought Joe would hit us with. Man, Doug Aldrich and Reb Beach's guitars absolutely wail on this album! I highly reccomend anyone who likes fist-pumping, jump up and down rock anthems to pick this album up. It's easily the best disc I've bought in the last 4 years. Here's a taste of what I'm blathering on about. You'll excuse me now while I go run around the room screaming:

SOMETIMES ITS GOOD TO BE BAD!, BAD TO THE BONE!

CRANK IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was anyone else at the guitar center sessions Chicago?

And there I saw a few people buying the JS1200 and getting it autographed. Personally I wouldn't have him sign my guitar(especially a $1200 one) because I wouldn't play it anymore because I would be afraid to mess up the signature.

Fred, that rock climbing woman is badass! After 4 minutes, I could barely watch it when she started dangling and hanging practically upsidedown. That's insane! Thanks for the link.

Zinc, as for the Crue's new cd... I'm going to have to hear it before I buy it. lol! If you get it first, let me know what you think of it.

satrini, thanks for that visual on Bear Gross. lol! yuk!!

Clarky, have a good tour!

Crystal Jammer, that's good stuff. Thanks for the link! I used to love that band back in the 80's. lol! Any other new tunes on youtube? Throw me some more links. ~~~~ ohh, nevermind, I'm clicking on all the tunes with the new X cover. That's some good shit right there. lol!

edit: just heard his tune Till the End of Time - niiiiiice! That's like... an instand love for this tune! Wow! More new music to dig! Thanks dude!
