It might take patience maritime but it'll be worth the wait. He definitely rocked out in Tilburg last night. Loved every minute of his 2 hour set.

Thanks for last night Joe, Jeff, Stu and Galen. Keep on Rockin'.

Looks like auditions for this band went well! They seem very interested in having me join the band and will be meeting up with them later this week for rehearsals. I'm really excited about joining this band. It's not the usual stuff I play. It will be new for me to be working with a female vocalist, she's got an amazing voice and some really nice songs. Her band is more along the lines of pop/rock without the cheese factor.

Anyone in the NJ/Philly area should come check us out or even turn on the radio once in a while. They've already got an album out, are being played on the radio, not only that but they're getting requests to be played on the radio, and have a few shows booked for the next two or three months.

A quick question for the musicians on here... I need to buy a new acoustic, preferably an acoustic/electric. Any suggestions? I'd like to keep it under $1000, so anything in the $0-$1000 price range.

Cube - I've never heard of Larrivee before, I'll have to look them up. I got a few suggestions for acoustics from this guy I met while I was trying out different acoustics. He was recommending me stuff like Froggy Bottom guitars, but I'm not looking to go all out and spend $2000+ on just one guitar. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into them.

I tried an Ovation at a friends studio when I was recording some guitar tracks for him. It sounded alright, but I didn't like the guitar. It had a small neck and I can't stand that bowl-back. It's very slippery seems a little odd to me. I'd like to stick to a small-medium sized acoustic. Not looking for something with a huge body.

Cube : there's so much famous guitar players that just sleep onto their laurels.. if i got the classical brain feeling of YJM, i wouldn't have done only one concerto, but several ones.. i would be doing movie's music..

i ahve to say that there's so many no famous guitar players who work more than some of the more famous, & bring more.. when you realize that, it's the end of a child's sleep under the stars.

Beck is an hard worker.. yeap.. but he also gets an inexhaustible inspiration to find new tone & new stuff.. this is given to very few musicians.

____________________

Joe : i remember you have written once that you are looking for new gigs..

Here is a serious place

Not the gigs you used to go, sure, but here is come Soft Machine, between others things.

If one day you want to put down your star's panoply & come in front of a good rock prog audience.. it's possible. This gig could be holidays.

Adno : No, i'm gonna to miss Joe. I went to a rock prog festival. I'm building my home studio & m'gonna to make built my website. I produce T2JSinfonie from A to Z. That's lot of money & time. Add to that all the current discharges..

I miss the money & the time to go to see Joe in France.

To say all, i had to call off a travel in London at Mr & Mrs Sear's home.

My home studio is my first priority.. i'm sick to death to depend on the caprices of the others. I want to be independent.

Joe will come back in France, later.

Cheese : Luminous Flesh Giant is one of my fav songs. I remember when i discovered the Red album.. it was in 1999.. i listened to it day after day, several time per day. I'm gettin older..
