I will give i believe one more go and get back to you with my thoughts DTS:)

I know one joke, here it is.....

little jimmy was 5, a huge fan of tractors, he had models ,toys the t-shirt ,posters, etc. out walking with dad down a country lane farmer donald pulls up on his tractor, he asks little jimmy if he wants a go on here tractor, but dad says 'no jimmy ', jimmy howls and cries and stamps his feet, when he got home he throws out all his tractor memorabilia . 20 years on jimmy walks into a bar, its full of cigarette smoke so with one big 'ssswwwoooooos' he sucks up all the smoke, steps outside thebar and 'swwooooosh' blows out all the smoke. the landlord came outside and asked 'why ya do that mate?' and jimmy replied.......

' im an ex-tractor fan!'

im sorry!

Hi Joe, i would just like to say thanks for showing me the light. I wasn't much of a fan until I met and saw you at Newcastle (13th May 2008). Don't get me wrong, i always appreciated your music... who couldn't, but now i think you are the dogs kahunas!!! Also, as a live performer... YOU ROCK!!!! By the way, the guitar you signed for me now sounds strangely better somehow???

Best Wishes for the rest of the tour.

Mark

Slan - I got BFD2 last week.. it's stunning.. thing is, it don't play nice with Logic Pro - which is a shame.. sucks up CPU like a beast.. I think I can make it work though.. here's the plan.. programme the drums, tolerate the glitches, then when I'm done, record each drum and metal one by one on a track each and then handle them just as if I recorded a real kit - which is what I intended to do anyhow so I can maintain control over the mix..
I'll let you know how I get on..

mama M:He,s all roll at mo look dad look what i can do with a silly smile, hes also taken t my Ovation acoustic this last week with great sloppery slevery happy hand slaps lol

Clarky:I have DFH set up the same, one stereo track for each part of the kit, otherwise it all goes pear shaped & they cancel each other out.

The way i,m on it is I select instrument track in PT for each drum part.I found with midi y cant mess around the same with other plug ins etc, dunno what its like in logic but i figure there must be a midi or instrument midi setting option track in logic

k i,m soundin like a dumbass but hey....thats how y learn lol pride t the side n all that so

swiftly onto setup

first apple processor setup, onto system preferences, i take it you clicked on all cpu 8 boxes? & when you are in logic you set up the playback engine using all 4 processores with the CPU set at 99%?

Here's Stu's vid of the mayhem in the UK

Musta been some damn good beer Joe! It blew the bottom off of Stu's pants, and turned you into one happy, happy guy...even with the joint on fire. lol!

Watching that vid - I just can't get my head around how much hate there is in the world. Race, religion, sexuality, feckin' team loyalty..WTF! When yer willing to crack a man's skull for merely being different that you are, yer nothing but an animal. Born and bread from birth to hate. Fear based hate is all it is. It's a sad state of being.
